Perfect for beginners, but has flaws

Given its price point, it's a great purchase - perfect if you're curious about the melodica, its sound and/or its features.

The keys are somewhat uneven, but this is hardly a problem compared to the tuning out of the box. Tuning a melodica is a laborious process, and I frankly didn't find a single reed to be in tune (440 hZ). The response is okay in the mid-range, but expect to blow a little harder for the low-end as well as the very highest notes.

The sound is, however, amazing, regardless of the price. The melodica is delivered in a surprisingly sturdy soft-case.

Overall, I recommend this as a student/beginner melodica, but I would invest a little more money if purchasing a concert melodica.
