ADAM T5V depicts a very clear and clean sound!

Great for listening to strings, Including violin, guitar, piano are very accurate！It's also great for playing jazz！I like it very much, I use the decoder SCHIIT MODI 3+ and MULTIBIT with the preamp IEMagni connect to ADAM T5V. I am completely immersed in the music！

Really good for home studio.

I use them for acoustic and electric guitar and stage piano, and they sound awesome!

Sturdy build as well, feels like quality.

Classic quality

Sound quality is great with a solid output in both lows and highs, while the looks maintain the classic Adam touch.

Amazing highs, amazing punch (attacks and transients). Good bass. Mid range in someplaces could be better, but still best value monitors.

Best Budget Monitors!

These should be the very minimum a home studio should have! I upgraded from ones of an equal price range, to this and do not regret the purchase!

The 5inch cones produce sufficient bass, don’t listen to what anyone else tells you about needing 7&8 inch cones. These are good enough for your budget!!

Cons are that the volume knob for each monitor is kinda loose, and doesn’t have that light ratchet mechanism as many other speakers do, so getting the right balance between each monitor is a guessing game. Build is plastic, a little cheap perhaps, but solid. Can’t complain at all! Been using them everyday for 2 years now, not a hiccup.

Great Sounding Monitors - great value!

I was looking for a revealing high quality monitors for mixing

as well as for listening in a bedroom enviroment and these

were found out to be very good choice especially for their price.

They have very low THD in my ears all across the range - very full pronounced bass and mid range and the highs are accurate and clean although slightly on the more relaxed side so maybe not the best option for EDM and similar genres in that sense of aggresive transients.

To conclude great option and value for those looking for all around

small monitors.

Absolutely amazing

Bought these a few months ago with the T10S subwoofer and I'm very satisfied with the pay off. The T5V's have got a real tight top end and yet the sound does not deform when I turn it all the way up. It also has a good representation of the actual sounds.

It has a very clean look and adds really well to my setup.

Great Budget monitors

These are great budget monitors. Although it lacks some sub, but for the price it is definitely worth it

Exceptional monitors for music production!

I have been using these monitors for more than a year now. I do not have much comparison since these are my first pair of monitors but immediately, my mixes became better!

There is no perceivable coloration of sound, and they showcase all the nuanced details: good or bad. The build quality has nothing to complain about and feels very sturdy. Only lacking is the available ports for connection, but this is a reasonable compromise for this value.

I had to use the EQ controls at the back of the speaker to reduce the bass by 2 dB, since my speakers are next to the wall, but they also provide a high/low cut and boost.

I bought a cheaper pair of monitors before these monitors but they were not as well build, and turned out to be defective so I had them returned. But I am very glad that happened as it allowed me to purchase this set and I couldn't be happier. These are another example of German engineering done right.

Perfect budget solution!

Speech and vocals sound natural and truthful.

Purpose -> I bought a couple of these near field for mixing/mastering or recording.

I'm certain all will not be disappointed with investment!

Great sound quality albeit with a nasty buzz

When I first got this item I was very dissapointed to hear a loud buzz that sounded like ground loop noise through the speakers. It was audible even when audio was being played back. Originally I thought it was a grounding issue with my appartment, but then the same issue appeared at my next appartment. Coincidence? Maybe. I was able to fix this problem by disconnecting the grounding (taping over the ground connection at their plug.) I know it's not safe but it was the only way around this.

Best speakers

I've used them as my tv speakers and now on my desk. They sound and look magnificent. They have great bass and I personally don't need a subwoofer (and can't in an apartment). I personally like that the power indicator light is in the back. A small light would ruin the simple and good look these speakers have from the front.

I only have two cons. There is a very silent hiss the speakers make but its seriously not a big thing. I only notice it when its very silent and only on my desk. I also have some small interference noise coming from my other equipment. (Using xlr cables would probably fix this)

Overall im very happy with these. I am going to use these as my tv speakers. I prefer smaller on my desk. (and with the tv i don't get interference)

Fan of Ribbon tweeters? Low budget? Look no further!

The "signature" Adam sound in a low budget. These don't have the outstanding mid range detail of the A7X, but they are similar in many aspects. I use them as portable recording setup to record tracks and I also have them paired with my turntable. They always deliver. Solid build and sturdy. You can't go wrong with these for the price.

Impressive sound quality

My second pair of studio monitors. For the price you are getting very high quality speakers. Don't forget to break in the speakers by playing them for a couple days

Good all round monitors.

I bought these for my small studio. They have a good overall sound. Only downside is one I have seen others mention, and that is the power switches on the back. Not too annoying as you just get a bit of extra exercise in your day to turn them off, but would be much easier if they had the switch and also loudness controls on the front like the A5Xs.

Wonderful sound

Extremely detailed sound with neutral and balanced tone. Best price option against quality. The hiss from tweeter is not a problem unless you put your ear as close as 15cm from it.

The ground loop noise is a real big issue if you are using a noisy interface and put into this monitor's RCA input. But if you are using XLR, you don't need to worry about noise. I can guarantee.

Definitely a no brainer option to go.

Indeed a great sounding monitor and coming from an LSR 305 I would say this has a serious edge over it especially when it comes to how beautifully mid and lows blend together and its crystal clear tweeter. I love the quality and I think other speakers competing in this category will have an easy time delivering better value and quality
