Great sound, well made and looks great! Worth the extra few Euro.

This is my first experience of Aquarian heads. I usually use Evans. I am very happy with the sound. It's very well made and it looks great. There is a clear perimeter on the head which exposes the bearing edge of the shell which makes for a lovely tri-tone aesthetic. The centre dot is very tough too.

I was renovating an old inexpensive kit and I matched this with a hi-Performance resonant head and I am delighted with the results. The snare sounds great now and I am starting to prefer it to my more expensive one. The snare sounds really full for a 13" and with some dampening can sound real fat too. Sonically, It works really well with my 13" Steves Doughnut. I am really happy with my purchase.

Attack & Muffling

It has a perfect combination of attack and muffling, at least for me. It is all that I expected from it.

One of the best snare drum heads out there!

This one is loud, a lot of attack, sensitive and fits very well in punk/metal music. Tuned it really high and it sounds great! It has 4 layers so it is very durable. You cannot go wrong with this one!

Fantastic along with the 10"

Excellent tom head. Easily tuned, tone control is unbelievable. Absolutely fantastic value and worth taking the risk. Aquarian's have easily converted me from an Evans enthusiast!
