Lots of features, all mediocre

A good pedal for a starter to develop your taste for what you like.

Having established what sounds you want then buy pedals for those specifically. Good second hand value and easy to sell afterwards.

Got this as my first fx pedal

I wanted to start my journer with fx pedals after playing for years, the pedal has some weight to it which I didn't expect because its all plastic, even though the pedal is plastic it doesn't feel like its going to break any second, as for sound quality its good and I don't notice any additional noise, It took me a minute to figure out the knobs for each effect but they are quite straightforward, For the price of one you get 6 effects in a small and convenient package.

Nice little multi pedal

As the tittle says its a nice cheap pedal to use and experiment with sounds. Have it for some months now and i don't regret buying it. I use it with my bass and for some of the effects it sounds good. Do not expect much from it though at least using it with a bass.

Pros: Price, many features to play with, not heavy impact on the sound using the direct out/no effect.

Cons: Pitch shifter on the lows doesn't seem to work well on bass.

For the money you spend on this you get more than you can immagine. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Very Good For The Price

Great as a first pedal to get a feel for how they work as well as offering multiple sounds and styles!

A nice starters pedal for a very low price!!!

For me ,as a guitar starter, is this a nice pedal to explore the wide range of pedals. Although it has a low price, it comes with a many features. I also own another Behringer pedal, and this brand delivers good quality.

For the money and to try new things... Is ok

How do you rate a pedal? What doesn't sound good might perfect for somebody else, so... Does it module the sound in different ways? It does.

I didn't find them specially overwhelming, but I used quite a lot the flanger and the phaser.

Sometimes was a bit weird to adjust, but ended doing the job.

The problem I see comes with the construction itself. A plasti box with this kind of pedal is a bit weak, being not the responsive you expect. Sometimes the pedal wasn't engaging, sometimes wasn't turning off... but putting the price upfront... you can't expect much more.

I used it to find the tones I was looking for and getting dedicated pedals after some time. Nice pedal to explore new stuff, not so nice to use forever.

Absolutely okay for the price

For the price it's really great little multi-effect pedal. We use it mainly with a stage piano so the stereo option is a big plus. All the effects sound really good (especially flanger and phaser), but the pitch shifter has a slight delay and it's disturbing.

Handy but not user friendly

Cheap and affordable but not lacking in quality. Worth the purchase and essential to my set-up.

Could however have more usable friendly parameters.

Whats not to like for the price

Simple to use multi effects pedal at a silly price. The affects are very good but no doubt it won't be to every ones taste.

Really useful pedal.

Bought this for as a cheap way to spice up some synths & also for sound design in the studio.

It sounds pretty nice on a drum machine or synth pad. Sometimes its nice to have a little bit of dirt on tap that you can dial in.

I'm not a guitarist. I also use these pedals for no-input mixer sound design / experimentation. This is where you run the mixer outputs back into the inputs & use the volumes, sends, eq's etc.. to turn the desk into a big oscillator. You can get anything from unpredictable clicky rhythms to raw sci-fi alien tones. Having the Behringer FX600 in the chain lets you add a lot of movement and variation.. especially the chorus, which modulates the pitch in an otherwise static signal. Autopan acts like a rhythmic gate.

Great pedal. Far better quality than I expected. I like the way it sounds & might actually pick another one up in the future as for this price & spec its pretty much all that there is.

Can totally recommend.

Mutli-purpose and convenient

Very useful in the effects loop of the amp. It uses only one sound at a time, but the selection is good and easy to dial in something you like from each option. Chorus, Delay and Reverb are very useful. Those alone make it worth the small expense.

Better than the sum of it's parts

I use this as a utility modulator as part of a synth set up so i don't have to crush it with my feet. When you get beyond the cost limited construction design and the brand it's surprisingly effective, stereo, sounds great and very easy to get an interesting addition to an overall effect chain. I would not use this stand alone but, for example, before a very long reverb, say insert a slight bit of pitch modulation or chorus. The delay is very flexible as long as you're willing to carefully prepare your desired feedback rhythm before engaging. The chorus is nice, flange and phase fine, and pitch shift very useful. As said before it's stereo so this can turn a mono synth into a stereo one which, in itself, is worth the very reasonable small price. Huge value and highly recommended for the budget conscious enthusiast.

A must!

This is a very vesatile pedal, can be used with bass, guitar and keyboard, I bought it with no expectations and it actually surprised me how much it can do for such an affordable price, I have some other pedals but I got this one as a back up just in case and it really surprised me.

Really bad quality, but a nice toy to play with!

This is marketed as a multi-effect pedal and this is what it is.

Ok you cannot fail trying to make a tremolo or a chorus but the pitch shifter is a really bad. The case is plastic and really easy to break. But strangely I haven't regret buying it!

Having a guitarist in mind:

Let's say that I consider these kind of pedals as a gift to my 13 old nephew who just bought an affinity stratocaster with a cheap amp and he needs something to play with.

Tip: If you remove the case, then you can play around with cables and bend it. Tons of fun.

it' a behringer

for me, the pedal was very useful regarding the available effects it has.

not a fancy boutique pedal but very useful indeed. it has some simple range of effects s but works for your need, surprised that even my friends would want to borrow or buy this pedal to me because of its simplicity and versatility.

Pretty good for the price

For this price it is pretty hard to beat, but as a keyboard player it is not for me and I would go for the zoom ms70cdr.

I dislike the db drop when you activate it. It is geared more towards guitar players, im a synth player.

A plus is 2 inputs and two outputs. The chorus is very good. The sound is clean.

No professional at all

I bought this pedal because I wanted a cheap multieffect pedal just to exist in my pedalboard. I was not planning to use it much, but when I used it in a live gig, it started opening and closing by itself making a click sound all the time, so I could not use it anymore, I unplagged it and continue without it... Very cheap but very poor as well. The effects sounds are poor and the materials are bad. The soft plastic is not stable at all when you press it. I would not recommend it, not even for a cheap option.

cheap and fun pedal to experiment with

I was looking for an inexpensive pedal to take with me in the go, lightweight and still fun to play with.

Overall, it's a good pedal, but I outgrew it fast. It sounded way better on the bass-amplifier and I gave it to my brother/bass-player. He still has fun with it.

important for rockers
