MAKE SURE YOU CHECK ALL OUTPUTS

This unit is great when everything works as it should. However, when I first ordered it I received a unit that had a distinct ground noise coming from output 8 as well as output 7 but much less. The other 6 were completely fine. Sent it back and got a replacement unit, same issue Sent that back and got a third unit which works without problems. Doing a quick google, this seems to be a common issue with this unit. I would imagine it's common that people don't try all outputs, so just wanted to write this to bring this issue to surface.

Build like a tank, bit noisy

Great build, the edges are a bit sharp.

The amps are a tiny bit noisy but my IEMs are very sensitive to this.

I love that you can do direct input from back or use 2 input channels to chose from.

Great product, would recommend..

Works

Works, although the noise can get bothersome. You get what you pay for though.

This is a high perfomance item and awsome value for your money.

I wanted the rackmount equivalent of the Mini Amp800, and this was it. Two main inputs, independent volume controls for each on all outputs, and aux inputs on every channel.

This adds added possibility of hooking aux inputs on some of the channels, requiring hooking-up the headphones to a different output, but with 8 channels, it leaves me with the possibility of also using this unit as a main monitoring unit on small gigs, guys use either corded headphones or BT transmitters and headsets, with the aux inputs hooked to different mixer outs and mixes...

I'm loving it. I just wish Behringer also had a 6~8 channel model with both two mains and bass/treble EQ on each channel.

That said I believe this unit provides the basics for cheap multi-monitoring outs, and that's already quite good at this price point.

Powerful!

Very good power, lots of volume on the headphones if you need it. Sounds clean. The knobs look a bit cheap... But it's not an expensive unit so...

Sturdy quality

Great piece of hardware required for your studio. It really does the job so well and the built-in amplifier of connecting higher ohm headphones is amazing too. I recommend this to everyone who is looking at getting a multi-monitoring setup. Ideal for a live band or multiple take sessions.

Sounds good !

I needed a way to connect 6 different headphones at once, to my mixing desk. This device works more then fine, without breaking the bank.

Easy to use headphone amp for racks

Good addition to my home studio setup. Great features for the price. The discretely stepped knobs are a great solution for setting the volume exactly every time.

Good but not enough

Unfortunately, it's just an amplifier. You can't mix signal between main input and individual input. Another minus is that direct inputs are unbalanced.

For this price you cannot find anything in this class. Good product

Nice aplification, no noise

The signal is loud and clean, you only get distortion if you clip the input and the LEDs on the front tell you that you are clipping so there is no excuse.

I use it to power in-ears during rehearsal and it is loud enough for that application. The possibility of mixing a "main" input with the directs is also useful.
