Behringer Powerplay P1 5-stars Reviews
Amazing product for such a good price
I would highly recommend this product for anyone running in ear monitors. I ran wireless for years but with mixed results with drop outs and losing a click is obviously not an option. So I decided to move to these as they are reliable and obviously far cheaper.
The positives are endless. It's light enough, good strong belt holder, well made and plenty loud enough for drummers.
The only negative I found was once the battery is in, it is really difficult to get it out. I have had to use a screw driver to swap the batteries. I have glued a little piece of fabric in the battery case now, so that I can pull it to get the battery out.
Great unit, little heavy
Have used this unit with multiple musicians as I am a freelance FOH/Monitor engineer, all comments are positive but most do lean towards the unit being slightly heavy but its not as issue for them!
Great
Brilliant kit and saves me hauling about a mixing desk for my on stage in ear monitors, the dual inputs very handy also as gives me two mixed aux from the main mixer desk and allows me to mix both and control the volume from my belt pack
Behringer Powerplay P1
Bought this for use with my Very Loud rock covers band (the drummer plays like a demon with a Bonham Signature kit...)
First impressions: very impressed. Well built and of a quality 10 times it's cost, as with much of behringers new releases.
paired up with a set of t.bone ep-2s, it was more than capable of dealing with our rehearsal room (gig volumes in a tiny room). My bass was crystal clear with huge amounts of depth (it was like practising in my bedroom) and the vocals were coming through crisp and clear.
In a room with an average sound pressure level approaching 100dBA, the Powerplay P1 still had headroom to spare!
soon to be placing an order on behalf of the 4 others in my band for these!
