Same here, I hear noises coming out of the unit and even if i gently touch the plugged jack, it would screech even more. It can take some time before adjusting the cable the right angle to seize the artifact noise. I don't know honestly, whether any unit for this price could bring any good of a sustainable quality. Have been having mine for a year now.

I chose this because of the price but have since become to regret it a little. The connectors are a bit shaky, I am worried that they might come loose. The connecting options are ok.
