Behringer Xenyx Q802USB Reviews
i had it for 1 yr now and it already have traces of rust
its plastic studs make it very slippery on table tops. had it for 1 yr never used it in out door events and it have some traces of rust. i only recommend it if you want it cheep for home use and amateur usb recording.
Very Useful!
I used to be a sound technician. I had some pretty awesome gear. Sadly, I had it stolen thus I quit.
I had a couple of songs that I needed to record to help the band get up to speed with what we're doing and this was perfect for it. The tracks aren't sellable quality but they're not far off.
If you're just starting to learn your trade in the music industry as a sound engineer, Try this out. You'll learn alot from this thing. Far better to learn using something small before expanding.
I have used this with Cubase Elements 7 and have used it for a PA for the occasional open mic night at my local. Does it's job well enough and you're not left broke after buying it
UK buyers, make sure you get an adapter for the power cable!
best deal
I bought this great product because I needed to make short recordings in my home studio, I have to say that the sound are really compatible with the price I'm really happy with this purchase. The Behringer Xenyx Q802 USB is really easy and practical to use with the software sony sound forge which is great .if you are thinking of buying an optimal mixer desk this is the one !
Great little mixer
I purchased this mixer for home usage with a mic, acoustic guitar and aux sound and headphones for fine tuning of songs. Works perfectly. I had a concerned about the level of white noise, but with my setup this mixer have non. Good value for money.
Good little interface/mixer
So I mainly use this to record guitar to my PC or record vocals, over all its a good interface/mixer. Build quality is good, low/no latency, sound quality is good, although I would recommend using a mic pre-amp as it is a little quiet. Other than that it has a good set of features: can be used without a PC as a mixer, compressor, post-aux effects and 3-band EQ for each channel (4 main channels, 2 of the channels can be split into 4 making it a total of 6 channels). Probably suitable for a small band or those starting out in music and need a budget mixer.
