IÂ´m surprised the quality isnÂ´t better :-(

We bought this headset for our intercom at the theater I work at and we expected the Beyerdynamic quality which normally is very high but after less than one year the microphone stopped working, it seems to be a design problem, it spins and the cable inside gets damaged.

they worked perfect before this and the price was good compared to other brands but less than one year of life is not ok.
