Probably the best in its class

It’s the perfect budget lightning system for mobile DJs, clubs, bars, parties, etc...

The light output power is great, the auto programs are good enough and it's easy to transport.

When I'm doing a wedding gig, I place it on the floor in front of the DJ booth and it has a great impact, the people love it!

The sound triggered auto-mode is fantastic, it follows the beat perfectly and the strobe effect triggers mostly on the build-ups.

notes:

- It looks great if you ceiling-mount it in the middle of the room. (for bars/clubs)

- If you have it on a stand behind you, you'll need to do some dmx programming since the automatic movements are more downward oriented so it won’t hit the floor in front of you much...

It breaks easily, it's hard to program and the colors are bad.

Regret buying!

Good built, no colour mixing

PROS:

The built of the Hydrabeam 4000 is excellent. Sturdy and rigid. There are many dmx modes to work with and the light beam is very narrow.

CONS: The light output is okay for the price i guess but these unit does not mix colours. When all 4 colours are on, you can see the separate traces of RGBW leds on the wall. That's not nice. In simple words you get 4 seperate beams but not one summed,

I conclusion it's a nice idea but need work.
