Never go wrong with Daddario

I've been using Daddario strings for years, they just work well, staying in tune with very little breakage. I bought this guage for slide, and they perform well in open E tuning.

Good cheap strings

These strings gives you both good quality in the sound and good life quality.

For a cheap price you can have strings that stays fresh and gives you the quality you need to perform live and record in studios.

Daddario again and again

Why? Cause that's the sound I want for my guitar and they are long-lasting. I searched a well balanced String for my White Falcon-->Rockabilly, Rock and Jazz Stuff and this one was my choice after I tested different brands. Who wonder, Daddario fits my other giutars too.

Excellent

What can I say? They are strings.

Well, the playability is excellent - the tension is just right for my second guitar (Les Paul copy) and the tone is bright - but not too rattly.

Recommended product.

There are no other strings

Bright and smooth, evenly wound and never had a defective one (both Electric and Acoustic)

Also very affordable in comparison to other name-brand strings (looking at you Ernie Ball).

I wouldn't use a different brand now!

Great Product

Wanted to buy strings that was intended for drop-tunings and lower tunings like in D and C. I bought 10 of these, and I don't regret it!

Just right!

I bought these strings for a friend. After fitting them on his new guitar, he said, 'just right' and smiled. He'd previously bought some budget strings and was not at all impressed. These strings fitted snug, played well and sounded great. Overall, a great product at a good price.

Just a great set of strings

Daddario has always been my favourite brand when it comes to strings. I've tested a lot of different brands and gauges, but I always come back to these ones. Although these strings are said to be optimized for drop tunings, I use these strings for standard D tuning on a 25.5 scale guitar and it works just fine. If you're looking for a string that gives you a great bright tone that suits most music styles, I highly recomend the Daddario EXL116.

Excellent Set of Strings

Absolutely love the sound and the strings are long lasting and durable, I usually get about a month and half depending on usage. I keep trying other manufacturer's products and I keep coming back to Daddario.

disappointing

i love d'addario strings, but i also love wound thirds which this set doesn't have if i recall correctly

the moral is, always check this out if like me you prefer a wound third

The perfect set of strings for all styles of music however they really shine in Drop-Tuning. Quality products with quality prices. I would recommend these strings to anyone looking to try a different guage/brand. Buy with confidence.

The perfect fit!

It´s the perfect fit for you that plays in C# and don´t want to use 0.12 because the G string is not plain. The best hybrid string set for tunings in C#.

Sets from other brands are either too heavy or too wobbly.

By the way, the tone is balanced, not so bright and not so mellow.

Reliable on the road and on studio.

The strings don´t loose tone easily and it´s really resistent against humidity.

Important to mention that they come freshly wrapped from factory in a plastic bag agains corrosion.

Best strings

for me personally they are the best strings that i have played, just the right amount of tension and thickness to allow me to play comfortably in the tuning that i play in, (Drop B), they feel nice in standard tuning though i prefer a slinkier feel but not quite "super slinky" feel. these strings played in fast and settle tuning rather quickly when compared to other brands, they also seem to last a lot longer in my experience than other brands that i have used, ernie ball, DR, Dunlop etc.
