Everything will just sound right.

No matter what you put this on it's going to be great.

Except maybe a lead vocal for which DPA have an answer that in the D Facto and its a facto

Awsome mic for Tom's, or anything.

Sounds great on Tom's, but in reality it sounds great on just about anything. There are clips available for any instrument. They just work so well, I bought 1 originally, now I have 10.
