First of all...Long lastings strings are to die for. We all know the frustration of having to restring after every 2 weeks or even after every gig. These Elixir strings have saved me so much time and money. Unlike other coated strings, these are actually 100% rust resistant and the new optiweb technology gives best of coated and uncoated strings a reality.

I never was a huge fan of elixir strings.. ok its nice to change strings twice a year, but the sound and feel was not even close to another great string brands (big or small factories). But my friend, this new model is much better, its not the best string in the world, but its better than the old ones.. give a try to elixir again!!

One step up from the Nanoweb series

It's a great set of strings, the quality is even better than that of the previous Nanoweb version. It sounds as a new set for weeks, for a bedroom player like me even longer. I use them on my Fenders (strat and tele) and I am looking forward to try the bass version on my precision bass. I have tried other brands like D'addario and Ernie Ball, which cannot be compared to the quality of this product. Highly recommended!

Great strings

I've been an Elixer user ever since trying the first pack on my acoustic guitar now also on my electrics. I never thought you could beat the Nanoweb for all round tone and long string life(jury still out on this as they are new), but they did!!!

I really liked the feel of them under my fingers, they feel less coated and are more playable more of a natural feel.

I just hope they last as long as the nanoweb ones.

These are well worth the money compared to other string brands.
