I have been using these for about a year now and I refuse too use anything else. They have an amazing tone and are very durable and they don?t wear easily.

They sound bright and loud, There are more lasting strings on the market, and I like the feel of some of them better, but these are really great strings for the money.

My go to strings

I've been using Super Slinkys for over 5 years now, and have never felt the need to try anything different since. They sound great, feel great, and quite take quite a bit of punishment for small gauge strings.

I love the loose clank of the strings (though not everyone does), and the ease of playing: I have broken a few fingers over the years, anything fatter than 10s start causing discomfort after about an hour of playing. But with these puppies I can play day and night.

I can count the number of times a string has broken on one hand, having said that I almost always play at home, so I can't say much for how they hold up when travelling and gigging a lot.

I have nothing bad to say about them, if you're looking for top quality 9s, look no further ;)

Great all-rounder

A reliable set of strings that have optimal amount of flexibility, thickness, grip on the fingers and clarity. The output volume and brightness of the tone on this set might be slightly higher than the average set of strings.

They last quite a long time and maintain the clarity relatively well along the way. You can't go wrong with these.

There is a reason why Legends use them

I have been playing guitar for over 10 years, and i original started off with a different brand , then one day my local music shop didint have the brand , So I started looking for an alternative , the first thing that stood out was the bright pink packaging , i thought " This is funky " looked at the back and saw all the peoples names who used them , I thought "Damn! " might aswell give em a try . Ive never used another brand to this day . The sound quality is consistent and bright on all my guitars ,and i find they last for a substantial amount of time . P.s The most important thing , i have never broken a string using them .

Great blues choice for Pacific 112J

I chose these to replace the stock strings on my 112J and very pleased with the result. Great for whole step blues bends and sound perhaps less 'tinny' than the stock items but of course tone is very much a personal choice.

Ernie Ball 9-42

My regular set of strings. Always in good shape, always sound bright and what is most important - those strings have a long lifespan and are capable of withstanding day-to-day abuse. Through my 10 years of guitar playing, I had no situations when Ernie Ball strings broke.

Would recommend it to anyone who needs reliable strings of good quality for reasonable price.

Simply the best

I never use any strings other than these. Been a super keen super slinky fan for ages. They sound fresh for a long time - treat them with lemon oil and they keep their shine.

if you dont know these strings by now i will tell you about them

this is simply my opinion from my experience.

other strings effect tone , i have tried quite a few . these do too but its more of an electric sound with no over tones . i could describe it as a dry tone and it is what i like as the natural tones from the guitar come through without added interference from other brand strings .

High quality guitar strings.

I have been using Slinkys for about 5 or 6 years now and they are my favourite strings ever. Good durability, great tone, reasonable price...nothing bad to say about Slinkys.

I have tried many different sizes and flavours of Ernie Ball strings, and I have settled down with Regular Slinkys(10 gauge) for my ES335 and Super Slinky(9 gauge) for Strat and similar guitars.

These are definitely some quality strings, so I will rate them 5 out of 5 :D

Amazing strings

Nice strings my go to 9's. Never have I Broken one. They last a good amount of time, very good on my strat.

Great for smooth sound

My favorite strings - it's quite bright, excellent for smooth and light music. They are quite strong, and it's hard to brake them.
