Go to strings

These are my go to set of electric guitar strings. Great quality/price ratio.

Absolute quality!

Each string brand has different tension and sound to it, and the super slinky of the ernie ball really is one of my favorites! whether you buy the single pack or the triple pack, it's a great price offer and wonderful quality.

I noticed the super slinky is easier to bend notes with, really smooth playability!

Good.

The default, the bread an butter, the never fail strings everyone should try.

Very good

I like the packaging. Plastic on the outside to keep moisture at bay, with individual paper envelopes holding each string, with very clear marking showing the size of each string.

I'm not expert enough to speak to the nuance of sound quality and feel, but they do feel nice, and given that they are among the cheaper strings, I don't think there is anything to complain about.

Good strings. Legend.

They sound very good. Quite durable. And what else is needed for the strings to be excellent.

My favorite strings

Yes, they don't have coating and yes, you have to change them regularly. But those strings are are classic. I've been using them since I first tried them years back.

My recommendation is to use some product like 'Fast Fret' to clean them after each play. This will make them last longer.

Good cheap strings

Durable, great sounding string. After testing these out bought a dozen of these so that I can change them time to time and have that fresh string feel/sound every so often. Haven't manage to break any of these so I guess it's a good sign as well.

Have being using also Ernie Ball 2221 with gauges: 010-046 on one of my guitars at the same time and the sound to me is a bit beefier with them, but nothing special here. Good quality strings all the same that you can experience with

Nice strings for fink or clean tone

Gives me a very thin, or funky feeling. Definitely worth it if you are looking for that clean tone. Very bendable as well, too thin that you might feel every note a little bit unintentionally bent, but depend on your playing style and skill.

It is thin and nickel so it lasts for a shorter period of time. But I change string pretty often so doesnt matter.

Comparing to fender bullet '9 I used often, I don't really have a preference, but I would describe that fender has a sharp, bright sound, while this string set is with more mellow, and more "bendable" in terms of playability.
