nice tone, short lifetime

Tried them on my Les Paul Standard.

They actually do sound great, having extremely well balanced tension, they bend great, but they...

(1) do not produce a visibly bigger output with Probuckers (never tried a db meter however) // yet I loved their tone

(2) are a bit harsh to the touch (matter of liking of course, but they are deffinitely not for sliding riffs)

(3) corroded in less than 2 weeks. Never thought my hands were so acid.

Conclusion: reverted to nickel plated.

Recommendation: if you want to try something different give them a chance.
