Excellent

This drum head is always a safe bet if you're unsure what to get. Truly an all-rounder.

Awesome drum head

The power center gives a strong solid stroke, and also more durability for the center os the single ply head itself.

Really good sustain and tone.

Alternative for Remo CS

I love this head. Not so ringy like G1, but still very sensitive. It highlights the harmonics with a reinforcement in the middle for a longer life. Good for Rock and Metal. I think this is the alternative for Remo Controlled Sound (CS) Coated Bottom Black Dot.

Evans review

My most used snarehead. Nice focus, some over tones. But overall in control and that's the key for me. Also the head stays in good shape after a long time.

Awesome sounding head!

I bought this head for my Mapex black panther steel snare and it really makes it sing! The power centre ring provides a nice, controlled sound and is placed underneath the skin, meaning it wont get in the way when you're playing with brushes. I've used several of these and they're incredibly durable. I'd definitely recommend it!

good all rounder

This is a good all round skin that lasts a good length of time and works across alot of the range. I like my snare sound medium to high.

there are no cons with this skin whatsoever and will not let you down. used this skin for years now.
