affordable and decent

The price is great and the sound is great for a small and budget bass amp. The amp looks great, like a true fender, but up close you can see its cheaply built. Overall im really pleased with this amp, i use it to record at home and its great.

It is not the cheapest (25w) bass amp in the ballpark

Good build quality, very nice sounding, it is a bit confusing (and unfriendly) to use the overdrive but overall this amplifier can suit a room jam and even up to a small practice room with a full band (if not played loud).

Cons: in order to use the overdrive at a heavier setting, the normal (clean) settings must be changed always, which can be bothersome for some players.

A powerfull amplifier

A very good amplifier with a solid EQ possibilities. However, it might be too "powerful" for just practicing at home. I would recommend the Fender Rumble 15 for people who do not need the increased power of the Fender Rumble 25.

Great for practicing

Great amp but feels a little lost in the rumble amp range, because it still has the very small 8 inch speaker that is not very suitible for anything outside of practicing. If you're just looking for a practice amp I suggest going for the 15 watt version, which should be more than loud enough for that purpose. however if your are looking to do some gigging (even small stuff) I suggest upgrading to the 40 or above a they have larger speakers, which will help the bass do its job properly and sit in a band nicely.
