Good monitors for small rooms. But you need some room treatment, especially bass traps, if you want them to play nice.

Of course if you need a lot of bass, you need subwoofer, or bigger monitors. But in general it's a really high-end product.

This is obviously the best monitors with a definitely true sound

Perfect for home studio

Pair of this monitors for home studio is great! They are not too big so they will not take a lot of space on your table if you don't have a stands. Included rubber stands are great and they neutralize vibrations between the monitors and the desk so there is no rumble while reproducing low frequencies. Sound clarity is simply superb if we consider the size of monitors! Highs are nice and crisp while the lows are really punchy. Audible low frequencies start around 30+ Hz. If you plan to use these for bass heavy production I highly recommend some kind of sub woofer in combination with these. Only thing I found not being satisfying is the power button. With every click it feels like it will not work anymore. So I simply turn them on or off via external voltage regulator. If you are travelling a lot, I recommend you buying the carrying bag as well! Overall very cool monitors for their size and price!

Great as far as a portable solution is concerned. High sound precision. The down side is that it only give you an idea of the low end to a ceratin point and you really need a sub-woofer to listen to the full spectrum.

Fantastic little monitor, for small space!

The speakers are fantastic! I installed them in my small room, meazuring 2,5X3X2,2 m and the result is fantastic! I had 2 other pairs of monitors there and the performance was less satisfactory. The small Genelecs are great performers, the settings on the back of the speaker allow them to play in my room better. The built quality is fantastic too and the company gives 5 years of guarantee. They worth every euro pf their price!

I am using it to amplify a Roland RD-700NX, and it is great. If you help it with a sub-woofer, it is almost perfect.

Crystal Sound!

A little miracle with wide range and crystal clear sound!

You just have to "play" with the tone and sensitivity controls until you get the ideal sound for your room.

Ideal for home studio mixing and production.

More excellent than 8010,there is a feeling of amazing.

I also bought 8010a this time, covet 8010 of the small cute, easy to carry, but there are concerns that the sound is too small, after all, 3 inch small stereo, so also bought 8020d. I wanted to buy 8030c, but I thought the desktop was a bit big, and I chose 8020d after repeated trade-offs and bought two pairs. The fact proved that my choice was very correct. First, I felt better on the resolution than 8010a, the sound field was bigger, and the size advantage made the bass more satisfactory. In short, desktop multimedia use is still more recommended 8020d, at this price can be said to be the best.

Class A+ speaker, w 7050B sub it's all another story

These Speaker are quite flat after all. I've measured within Smaart, not that bad for beeing such a small cabinet. I've actually had to turn the volume pot at -6dB because the audio interface will saturate the amplifier otherwise. I've using this with a 7050B subwoofer, so as a 2.1 system this is spectacular. The 7050B is only add the octave below, but it's in phase with the system tops, and really can be fisically felt, it' a bigger and substantial difference between a bigger ( such as a 8" or 7") studio monitor. For better results I've done a calibration with reference 4 to have the flattest frequency and phase response. If u had a small space desk i suggest go to these kind of solution instead bigger systems, you have better control of the power and the sound definition than bigger monitors one.

Best conbination for DAW.

For Modular Synthesizer (Analog Input) is also good.

It is better cost performance than purchase at a domestic dealer.,include Shipping fee, TAX.

Actually, it has not yet released in my country.

Although I am a little worried about the breakdown, I am satisfied enough now at the beginning of purchase.
