Harley Benton B-450 White Progressive Serie Reviews
Amazing Value!
I bought this to practice at home since I play bass in school. Everything about it was awesome. It sounds great (acoustically, I did not get to use it with and amp yet) and plays well too. The one thing against it is that there is a small unfinished spot near the output but it is barely noticeable.
Good value at a give-away price.
I bought the B-450 Progressive for practice while awaiting the arrival of my bass guitar of choice. The instrument is solid with an impressive finish and handles comfortably. It performed well out of the box and no additional adjustments were necessary. While it does not have sufficient power to upset the neighbors it is ideal for practice and will perform well in small venues such as a school or church hall. A feature that needs getting used to is the volume control that is situated too close to the strings, causing the volume to be accidentally shut off while playing. Otherwise it is a descent guitar well worth the money.
Great instrument for a great price.
I've bought this bass mainly for homerecording, and i couldn't be any happier. Hardware was stunning, finish was spotless and it was playable straight out of the box.
Pros:
- Lots and lots of sound possibilities,
- High quality hardware,
- Beautiful finish
Cons:
- Action was a little bit high for my taste, and some of the frets needed leveling.
- Not very fond of unfinished freatboard, but this is also my personal preference.
Overall, it does everything it's supposed to do.
