Delicious sounds

Just Wow.

Beautiful round low end, Clear mids and sharp high end.

I havent even changed the strings it comes with and it sounds just perfect.

I was curious about that walnut construction as I watched some videos about Walnut guitars, and I am not disappointed AT ALL.

Construction is FLAWLESS.

Fishman preamps and tuner its just an extra at this point (at least for me that im not thinking on plugging it) but tuner its very much appreciated.

Im sure this will be with me for a very looong time as it has everything i was looking for it.

Machine heads do their job pretty well, as I havent had tuning issues.

and that delicious double binding on the body.... mmmMMMmm

This is just the perfect sounding ringing playing guitar.

Honest review..

Out of the box..finger print glue marks front,back and sides..1 of the neck joints where neck meets body was not even glued at all..it cleaned up easy enough..elbow grease..glued the neck myself ( to much of a hassle to send it back from Canada)..oh and a little chip on the binding..doesn't bug me too much..after tuning up ,intonation bang on..low E tuning key is stiff but jiggles..all others stay in tune pretty good..the Fishman electronics are fairly sufficient..built in tuner works really well..now the sound.....I had 2 different Taylor guitars at my house this week both high end both different...my hb cld 28cse was very impressive..held its own and was heavily complimented..win for me..$285 Canadian..I love the tone both plugged and unplugged looks nice after I cleaned it up but quality control should be a little more prevalent..bottom line..it's great..easy to play..this is my 3rd hb instrument..there'll probably be more..get one for yourself you won't be sorry..p.s. I own a few brand name guitars over the years that had cosmetic flaws and they cost 10 times as much..

My Harley Benton Custom Line CLD-28SCE Walnut arrived in Australia from Europe quickly, and well packaged. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality, tone and action of this guitar. I ran the ruler over it and didn't have to adjust the nut, bridge, or frets. It came fully ready to play.
