Is great..but

The sound is sweet. I tuned 39 times (yesterday i get it) and the strings is soft, maybe for this.. the sound have a little unbalance, the 6th -5-4 strings is little lower the volume and i need to check the saddle if is flat.. this is not good (the fretboard is very good job and the saddle very cheap?) the action is like electric guitar in the limit of hi action but i play easy..and is easy to make it lower the action.. i hope for the tuning the problem is the strings. the weight is not heavy...i don't know why people saying this.. i get the package from the courier and i freak out thinking they didn't put the guitar inside..i have 6 guitars and this is not in heavy category.😳

Chevalet arraché car mal collé

Reçue intacte, les cordes pré installées ont lâché dans la journée. Remplacées par un luthier, les cordes ont relâché. Finalement, le chevalet s’est arraché tout seul car mal fixé.

Better than my old Chet Atkins!!!

I had to send the bridge, but once that was done, the action was perfect, and the guitar plays, and sounds amazing! Better than I expected. And after several Harley, Benton, guitars, I kind of had a high expectation, and it delivered!

Great Inspired Nylon String Electric Nashville

This guitar is great. I collect guitars and have a Nashville chet atkins and had to buy this. The finish on this is nothing to sneeze at and needed no set up right out of the box. Its fun to play fingerstyle with it and the neck isnt too wide for my medium sized hands. Its got a flatish feel to the back of the neck and I mostly play in the headstock position. I run it through guitar rig 6 on the rammfire driven tremelo preset and love it.

Good value for money, but far from perfect

This instrument is exceptionally good for its price. The neck feels good enough and the sound is especially great. Perfect to practice silently while unplugged, and the timbre is beautiful when plugged in. The guitar stays in tune easily which is very pleasant. The only thing I couldn't get over is the awful finish inside the fake hollow body holes - the wood is rough and bumpy, and the black paint comes off just by brushing it with a fingernail. I had to resort to a black sharpie to make it look half decent. All in all, a real bargain, but stay away from it if you value the aesthetics of your instrument.

Amazing value

I am a jazz guitarist with over 60 years experience, I own 6 Harley Benton guitars and I think they are fabulous. Through my Harley Benton amp the sound is to die for. Although I have quite a few rare and expensive U.S. made guitars, these days Harley Bs are my go to choice. They are also fun modifying to make them more personal. I love them!!!!

Better then ever could think! No need to say more that if you ever need to have naylon sound in the band and have a solid good looking instrument for that - you have it here.

Only downside, which is matter of taste, not as function or graftmanship, is weight. It is about average weight for solid body guitar. I just like light(er) weight guitars. And as it is my review, this is what it is...

In conclusion - this is very well made and useful instrument as an electroacoustid nylonstring guitar without hollow body. Actually rings very well unpugged.

It's okay. For the money.

I own a Godin Multiac nylon. Bought this one to compare against it. Build quality is really good; I have zero complaints. It's the sound that's the problem. This seems suitable only for arpeggio. Definitely not good for strumming. Single notes ring really nice individually, but chords? Nah. So, for the money, it's okay.

Terrible

Neck is not attached properly. The first five frets buzz and according to a luthier I had look at it it is unfixable.

Solid Guitar, Solid Sound

This guitar is of high quality, especially the neck which is very superior materials. I cant see how any high end Classical guitar anywhere could have any better neck than this. The pickup is also super responsive and good for recording clean, before adding reverb later. The pickup/strings may produce some "quack" like all piezos do, but the wide sounding tone seems to put that issue more into the background. Ive done a vid with this guitar but cant promote here. SUPER WEIRD!!

Sooo this guitar is something unique. For the pricepoint the quality is great! However you have to plug this puppy in for it to make a sound!

I wish this was a hollow body, then I'd truly be in love. ;)

Playablility is amazing since it's a very thin nylon stringed instrument.

The neck isn't as wide as a classical spanish guitar, however it is wide enough to play your classical parts. If you're looking for a unique acoustic sound on your record or live performance, this guitar will not let you down.

Also for the price, it's stunning.

Terrific guitar - regardless of price

I had been looking at this for a while and eventually took the plunge.

Overall verdict - Very Happy with this puchase.

First impression: The guitar plays extremely well, I also have a Taylor Nylon and its not far off the mark although I feel I need to maybe use harder tension on the high strings to give more or less the same feel I experience with the Taylor.

Finish: A fine if not curious looking instrument although there is one area of the cosmetic cutouts thats a little bit ragged on close examination. Otherwise it's immaculate and setup well. I believe one of the earlier reviews also mentioned this so there's probably a problem with the jig in manufacture that could be easily solved? It doesn't worry me as I'm so pleased with the playability and I'm only aware of the flaw when I'm looking for it.

Electrics: A little bit disappointed with the amplified sound up to now, although I may find optimum settings the more I play with it. I have found best setting so far to be bass and treble neutral and the Volume way down otherwise there is an element of unpleasant distortion. If I can't get the sound out of it I want I will seriously consider paying a luthier to put a high end pick up in there maybe, particularly as rhe acquisition cost was so reasonable.

Playability: Great for near silent practicing but took me a few sessions to get used to the Aural response you experience of not 'hearing' the sound amplified naturally through an acoustic body and soundhole as you play despite the strings feeling the same.

More than Bargained For!

I needed a portable acoustic guitar that would not have the bulkiness of a standard acoustic, this model came to my attention and I am glad it did, This guitar is very well built, Sounds better than I could have imagined, Holds tuning, works well with pedals and looks great to boot, It's my 1st Harley and gotta be honest if 1st impressions is any indication this one makes a good one, really impressed with the overall quality of this guitar, Going to show it off to some brand doubters,

Pros

very portable

sounds as an acoustic guitar should

can be used with pedals

solid build quality

Cons

thus far I do not see any downsides

This is only a fair guitar.

I have had this Nashville for about a month. I find it very disappointing that it is not hollow body. It is very heavy and much to quiet unless plugged into an amp. It doesn’t sit well on your leg to play, it tends to slide off your leg. Sound quality unplugged is non-existent. Mine came with a distorting piezo pickup. I am waiting for a replacement from HB. I did replace the defective piezo and had some improvement in the sound quality. The finger board is wide like a nylon should be. After lowering the action, it plays well. The sound electly is only passable. So far its a very tinny sound and requires a boost with the bass. It looks very good and plays well. The sound leaves much to be desired. Hoping for improvement with an intact piezo. So far i would not recommend this guitar to a friend.

Great classical guitar for stage performers

This guitar is very rare on the market. Especially because the guitar is so cheap for the quality of the instrument. It's a solid nylon body guitar.

I bought this guitar because I need a great stage guitar with a good playability neck. This guitar has a shorter neck width of a classical guitar. This is a rare hybrid of classical and electric guitar. The neck feels so good.

Mostly, I play steel guitars. I decided to buy a nylon guitar, because I realize that I really like to play a lot of songs with my fingers. It's obviously fingerstyle playing.

My setup is simple, I use a Samson DI and Behringer mixer for this guitar. I'm really amazed with clarity and color of the tone. Bass is so hard and loud. For the strumming it isn't the best solution, but if you play it often, you will like this tone in most situations. For me, it's great guitar for singer-songwriter ballad songs.

This is good choice for steel guitarists who want a great nylon guitar to play fingerstyle songs.

If you compare this item with high-end classical solid guitars, the tone is very close to these models and if you don't care about the aesthetics and details, you should probably buy this guitar. If you want something like this guitar, you must give up with the acoustic tone.

Great value for money!

very Nice

de bespeelbaarheid van een les paul (past in de koffer van een les paul) voor een nylon snaren gitaar. Zowel Tuners als pickup werken naar behoren geen scherpe frets, trusrod moest een beetje bijgesteld. Made in Vietnam. Negatief : een beetje te veel lak tussen body en neck, Een fantastiche guitaar voor het geld.
