A very helpful Pedal

This Pedal is a basic pedal, however for someone who is a beginner with can open up a lot of future opportunities with the tones. The Attack knob on the pedal, if cranked up, can give a harsher pick to string ratio. The Sustain knob is quite a catch in this one. If you enjoy cleans, cranking up a little the sustain can help clean up a bit those ringing notes. When it comes to Gain utilities, this pedal while good lacks, a bit as the sustain can either be overwhelming or underwhelming. Sound wise, this pedal definitely will effect the quality of any licks and riff, and can teach a less experienced musician regarding the ins and outs of analogue compression.Given that the pedal itself, is made of a sturdy material, I believe this may hinder a bit the actual sounds coming from an amp. For Its' Value its'definitely worth purchasing as an experimental pedal. Value for money and the build is very aesthetically pleasing.

An easy always-on pedal

I use this with a bass and it really rounds out the tone perfectly. Gives a nice slight boost to the gentler tones and takes care of chords being too explosively loud, handles pretty well and it's easy to control. Visually it's meh and doesn't have all the controls but serves its purpose as a simple compressor, especially when switching between fingers and picking

Great bang for the buck

Impressive quality for the price. Subtle but noticeable effect that doesnt kill dynamics and sound. Well done

For 30 euro it is excellent

Compression is not too important for me, so I bought this, it does the job very well. For the price it is a steal.

My First comp

I don't have experience with those things but I started sounding a lot better and my slapping actually makes sense.

Hard to handle, but does the job

it does the exact job of a compressor, can’t argue with that, a little bit tricky to handle if you don’t know what you’re doing, but if you’re a maniac just like me it’s 30 bucks for paradise

It's a compressor. And it works

What else is it to say about this pedal? It doesn't have any fancy bells and whistles, it just does what you expect a compressor to do. And it does it well. Works great on bass, too.

Subtle, not for extreme sustain

I used it for years on my board to feed an octave pedal a better signal. Added some sustain too I think. But very subtle. Great but no for slide etc

Nice little pedal

Pretty straight forward pedal - My first pedal and it really does bring additional clarity - Bargain at this price
