Wow

I was blown away by the quality and how affordable it was. I told a friend about it and he also pitched one and loved it.

THIS THING IS THE SHIZNIT!!!

The set up time is way to long. It took me at least 2 seconds to make this sucker scream. I was hesitant about getting the vintage 30 because I wasn't sure if I could get a good Telly or 535 sound out of it, ya well, I'm sure now. I'm really impressed with this monster. The cabinet quality is top notch. Set it beside a Marshal and bang for buck, rounded edges dont make it sound better. Even though the UPS driver damaged mine, I dont really care I'm not sending it back. A little more cardboard inside to protect it better would have been helpful. The particular driver I have is really hard on the packages and the black covering is scratch all to hell. This same driver broke a guitar neck on an LP Firefly that I ordered as well. That said I am really happy with this cabinet its loud and full. The clarity is crisp and the low end is nice and warm.

Sounds like a Marshal. I have a few guitar players that I'm gonna pitch this cab too. If you need a great cab then buy the Harley Benton Vintage 30 and move on to playing.

DONE!

2x12 vintage 30s

I have been using this cab for 6 years in a band gigging etc, I find it adequate for the job sounds good with the vintage 30s, not the best made cab but if you look after it it will last for years, a great price compared to other cabs I am happy with my purchase and would recommend to other guitarists.

2 vintage 30?

for this price any complaints sounds creepy

Bang for a buck!

I use this cab with my modded Marshall JVM410H - > no problem, great sound, not squealing.

Tried with my friend Mesa styled Custom Made - also sounds good with that type of sound.

Best bang for your money in guitar cabs

Don't overpay for a name brand!

This cab sounds excellent, solid construction and Celestine V30s to boot. Sounds as good as more expensive name brand cabs. I've run my powered Kemper through it, my Soldano and EVH heads and sound exceeded my expectation for a cab at this price.

I highly recommend this cab and my buddy is ordering one on my recommendation.

Excellent

The quality of the speaker cab is astonishing for the price... as is the sound.

The tone is even more defined than MESA 4x12 which also includes the said speakers. Highly recommended.

What else do you want

As I say, for price less than two new celestion V30 vintage speakers...you get two new celestion V30 vintage speakers with cabinet

And it sounds almost like Mesa oversized 4x12, at least in my environment, but it cost 1/8 of the price

That YouTube video is wired out of phase

There's a popular YouTube video that compares this cab to a Mesa version with the UK Vintage 30's, and it is 100% clear to me that the Harley Benton cab had the two speakers wired out of phase, robbing them of all bass. In fact this cab has enormous bass when wired properly in phase. I will leave it to you to decide whether that was accident or intention. But I insist you disregard that video. They wouldn't sell any of these if they sounded like that.

These Vintage 30's are made in China, but they sound excellent. I had a pair of UK Vintage 30's for a decade that were a bit chimier than these in the mids. But I wasn't a huge fan of that chime. The Vintage 30 has become Celestion's flagship speaker. It's full range, well balanced, punches nicely, has decent detail through the mids...sounds nice on virtually any amp. The amp and guitar have controls that some players seem to have never discovered, and they hope somehow the speaker will compensate. No, learn your instrument. The speakers are a fairly subtle component of the chain, typically, and if not, they're tying your hands. The Vintage 30 is a genuinely all-purpose speaker, love it or not.

These cabs used to come front-loaded with the grill velcroed on. Here at the end of 2022 they are back-loaded and you will need to pull the back off to swap speakers.

For this absurdly low price, we can't have any other complaints. The cabinet is solid enough, the tolex not terrific but acceptable. They assemble these so fast the glue wasn't dry when they put the back on mine, and taking the back off required taking off the handles and using a soft hammer to tear the glued tolex (which even a razor couldn't reach). The grill cloth has waves in it. But no big deal, I already have the tweed and oxblood replacements ready to make this a much nicer look. They did the sawing for me for free, thanks.

The stereo/mono switch is handy not just for stereo but for easily converting this into your choice of 1x12's. If you load with different speakers, you can instantly hear just one of them, and swap to the other just with the jack. Great for recording versatility. Or you could do a fake Leslie if you have a stereo amp to run a plugin through.

I can understand the video as a desperation tactic to keep the cabinet industry going in light of this absurdly good deal. But go ahead and get this deal. And get the nifty Laney 2x12 as an open back option as I did. You have all the cabs you'll ever need then. And a nice set of speakers to start with.

Why spend more?

Well built and good looking cab.

Why pay 3 times more for front ,,brand name,, instead having good speaker cabinet without ego name?

I use it with Hugh Kettner deluxe 20 and it sounds perfect

Not Bad for What its build for!

Been using this for almost 2 years now gigging once every week, And so far it serves me the tone i need paired with the Boss Katana head.

Bought a 1x12 version of this. And just waiting till it arrives

The perfect cab, except for

I totally love the looks and construction of this cab, works perfectly fine with all my amps, my only complaint is with celestion, I hated the V30 sound, but Nothing a good speaker swap won't change. If you already love the V30 sound, go for it, if you want to know how do they sound, go for it too

Great Cabinet for the price

Sounds great, holds up well. Haven't gigged with it; but is definitely loud enough paired with the right amp.

Excellent cab that doesn't break the bank!

Upon ordering, I was expecting a very cheaply made shell with Vintage 30's. Boy was I surprised when I plugged it up! I own an Avatar 212 with the "golden era" vintage 30's from 2002 and this cab honestly sounds better. It's heavy (in a good way), durable and sounds like a Mesa 212. 100% will recommend to anyone looking to buy a compact cabinet.

Plus it showed up to my house in the States within two days.

Incredible value

Half the price of big-brand cabs with all the same insides. Quality product

Amazing deal!

The speakers alone are worth more than the total price of this cab!

Best deal on the planet Earth!

If you're considering purchasing this,.go ahead,.you will NOT be disappointed in the slightest!

Cheers from Columbus,Ohio in the States! :)

Best bang for your buck

It's cheaper to buy this cab then it is to buy the speakers that come in it. 🤷 Honestly, it's unbeatable for a great quality cab.

Best cab for more than the price!

I was looking for a good cab for my PRS MT15 and couldn't be more happy with this purchase! Heavy but sounds great and looks great for such a low price. Don't hesitate if you are on the fence!
