Wrong tremolo block

After receiving the S-620 guitar, I found it was unplayable. It has 32mm tremolo block it needs a 35mm. When I tried to use the tremolo the springs dig into the back of the guitar. What I don't understand is it passed the quality tests. A person named Alan passed it knowing that the guitar was unplayable and shipped. I'll be spending $20.00 for a new block. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering anymore guitars.
