everything a guitarist wants from a bass

This bass had nice mixture of tones between P expanding sound and the jazzier pickup sound without sounding too bright. Neck is fine. Stability is fine. I like the way the mix knob goes from one tone to balance of what you want from the sound.

What a Bass! Not enough stars

I've usually play electric or acoustic guitar but man I wanted to buy a bass guitar, as I play bass most of the time in the band so I end up using whatever bass there is in the studio. So for a change I wanted to buy my own bass but at the same time I don't want to spend so much. So after researching for a budget bass but with a great sound I got this.

I've never been more so happy and relieved that all those time I spent researching was all worth it. The bass sound and feel amazing. It doesn't feel like cheap at all. Man I had my doubts with those youtubers having all the gears and can mix it really well, I thought maybe they made the bass sound better than it should but Harley Benton killed it. Imma get myself a new HB Acoustic Guitar because of this!

Just buy it!

Bought this bass in July as I was switching over from guitar and didn'twant to throw a load of money into my first bass. I honestly can't fault it, feels great to play, good tones from both pick ups, knobs very smooth and graduated tonal variance, well built, great looker. Have played it in several band situations in pubs and rehearsals and it holds its own admirably. If I had to be picky about something it would be that the jack plate looks like a bit of an afterthought but still works perfectly well. Like I said just buy it you won't regret it.

Excellent value and quality bass

Right out of the box this bass is impressive.

The finish looks flawless from the baked maple neck to the two piece ash body and the fixtures and fittings.

I've only been playing it a few days so here's how it shapes up so far:

The neck is comfortable and the tuning is stable, the setup was good from the box, the Wilkinson bridge with brass saddles is a nice touch and the pickups sound great. I was really impressed with the overall quality and playability of this bass.

There are no real issues that I can see at this price range.

If you would like to see and here more, there are a couple of videos up on my Youtube channel:
