Looks can be deceiving

As mentioned by loads of other people, this bass looks awesome. But unfortunately that is the only redeeming quality it has. The electronics were and are abysmal. The volume pot still had about 50% output when turned all the way down. The pickups were and are very noisy. Initially I thought it was a case of bad grounding, but that wasn't the problem. What the problem is, no one seems to be able to figure out. I took this thing to two different guitar repair shops and neither of them could solve the issues. So far I have spent about 200 Euros on having the thing fixed, which is more than the bass costs. So unless you really don't care about reliability and sound, I would give this one a pass. The only reason I haven't returned it is because I wouldn't want anyone to pick this up as a b-stock.

You must be over 6 ft Tall

This bass is HUGE. My gf could not reach the tuning pegs, and i ended up having to trade with her for my Beatles bass. I am 6'1" - 186 cms tall, and i can barley reach the tuners. ALSO it has a lop sided weight to it, since the neck is so large, it falls continuously to the left. By far the worst bass i have ever owned. On top of all this, it has a buzz. I do not reccomend it unless your a giant person.

Can't beat the quality for the price

Back in the 90's when I started playing there was nothing in this price point that could play remotely as well as this one can. Compared to Squier, LTD and Ibanez GIO this thing takes the cake. Fast shipping, great customer service and an amazing product. I bought this for my son for his fist bass and he loves it. Its a little headstock heavy like most thunderbird style basses but it sounds MASSIVE and plays buttery smooth. Only had to tune the strings out of the box, setup and intonation were perfect. Total price for me was less than $300usd shipped to VA. I'm going to buy another guitar from these guys definitely.

Amazing bass

This bass is equal in quality to instruments twice or three timed the cost. Very satisfied

Solid Instrument with an issue with quality control

Everything plays well after some adjustments, but there is a lot of noise from the pick up's. Other than that the finish is good but there is a crack near the top post of the 3 point bridge. Enjoying the instrument but is really unfortunate.

Great bass! - except for one thing...

Overall I just want to say that this bass is great and I am very happy with it. All the components are good, the only issue I had was really a cosmetic one - the rout for the neck pick up was done a bit sloppy and one of the corners has some extra wood removed.

I did replace the bridge with a Hipshot 5G400B, and it fit nicely! The only thing is that I have the saddles as low as they can go and the action is still a bit higher then I would like, but not unplayable.

Not a bassist but i think its an ok instrument.

Sounds ok.

I have this one tuned to drop A with some thick strings and tunning has been ok.

I had to file the nut of course but overall decent.

I find that the pick ups sound very similar the active to the passive mode, but yet i must add that Im using it through out a multi effect pedal and not a real bass rig.

Im ok with the sound. It could be better i guess, but yet for this price I assume that it cannot be a dingwall.

I have to mention that this bass has a neck dive.

Axesome

The only bad point is it looks so good it makes me look ordinary :-)

I can only just reach the E-tuner and it often has snow on it but 3 strings in tune is 75%?

I only have a HB 40W 10ins combo so I can't really do justice to the axetraordinary axe.

I might change the tuners as they are a little stiff and don't feel great but is a stunning bass with a great sound

Black Beauty

Deep round thumping sound in a slick black package. Well worth every penny

Pretty good bass for an amateur

Sounds great, really good pickups, also the volume knob can be used to switch from active to passive pickups

The build is great and the matte black finish is amazing but it already acumulated small scratches around the control knobs (I guess that's just me being a little less careful than usual), otherwise plays really great (only one small issue i had at the beginning is sitting and playing, the bass has no contour lines and whatnot so it made my rib sore in the beginning)

Beautiful!

For a beginner, a very good bass guitar, with excellent concert shape, nice features and a very clear sound. And a good price, too!

The most sexiest bass

It hasn’t arrived yet but I’ve done a lot of research and see videos of the quality and how amazing it sounds and I can’t wait to unbox it

Great Bass

This bass sounds KILLER!!!

This bass looks KILLER!!!

What a great instrument for 209Euro. Unreal!

Great sounding Pickups, Very nice build quality.

For me personally, the neck is very long, and the neck dive is too pronounced! The bass is also a lot heavier than my P or Jazz Bass.

Wow

I really dig the shape. Classic. Nice finish that matt black, also i really enjoy the thin neck and the reverse headstock. But, the instrument is neck heavy, also the body looks very thin in my opinion. I enjoyed it since the parcell arrived. Btw 9v battery is included. Overall i am impressed. Gj Tomann.

Amazing.

I have been playing guitar for many years and I purchased this bass because I wanted to venture into that side of the "strings world".

This instrument is truly a gem. It plays great, it feels great and it looks great. Flawless finish, good sound, tuners work really well.

One might think it is actually a far more expensive piece.

I haven't had such a good time playing music in a very, very long time. It was absolutely refreshing.

Strongly, strongly recommended.
