Believe the hype... It's that good for $90

I'm a hobby musician (guitar and drums), playing guitar off and on for 20 yrs. I own a number of higher end US and Japan made guitars, and I wanted to get a t-style guitar for my collection. I got the TE-20HH to swap out the pickups with some new dimarzios. Tone Zone bridge with the Air Norton neck is amazing for this project!! They are so versatile in the HH Tele. I already ordered a pair of t style guitars for mods and one to keep stock (te62cc). I am planning on getting several more HB guitars in the near future. They're amazing for the price, and they are easily set up and tuned for a good playing platform.

It plays great.

The price is ridiculous.

It’s a heavy version of a tele. Don’t expect the twangs from these pick ups.

The shape and the colouring is great, came absolutely perfect in delivery.

May even get the strat version too!

Only gripe is the fretboard. It just doesn’t feel right with the painted frets. But still plays great.

Price great . Play this with blackstar fly 3 does what it needs

Minors setup issues and some microphonics . but overall for the price great for a beginner or as an option for playing with tunings etc

For the price of this guitar I can find any fault, the pick ups work fine, tuners are ok but I intend to change & the satin Matt black finish is awesome, really for this price it’s a bargain

Killer of Giants

I always wanted a Tele with humbuckers ...and i saw a post in some forum from a guy that bought this already.Then checked what other people are saying here and decided to buy it.

Well I was expecting a good guitar for the money...BUT I WAS WRONG !!!! This guitar is not just good .It is simply AMAZING.Regardless of the price ,this is a great tele.You can play this guitar next to a 1000$ guitar or more and it will compare nicely.

Great looks ,lovely sound.It has one disadvantage though and it's big: 'cause it does look like a piece of dark chocolate sometimes I am tempted to consume chocolates....and THAT is the problem I(not with me but with the guitar ROFL)

Quality at an unbelievable price!

I won many Teles of various brands including Fenders and this one competes with all of them but at a fraction of the price. The quality of the finish and workmanship is impressive at any price but unbelievable at this price. This guitar rocks, looks great, plays great, sounds great. What more could one ask?

Great cheap guitar

Great guitar for the price! I had to oil the fretboard (it was a bit dry), tune it and intonate it, but that’s it! Plays perfect, better than many other more expensive guitars!

I got this to play for fun as I am a bass player. Harley Benton quality is superb. I have 3 HB products. All superb. The guitar is flawless, surprised at the fretwork it was excellent and the set up out of the box was perfect. Good solid fit and finish. Pick ups sound fine and are not too bad considering the price. This axe punches well above its weight. Hardware is impressive for the cost. My only small issue is the bridge design is a bit awkward for restringing. A five star product at a five star price!

highly recommended even for advanced players, the B And High E come through surprisingly strong, it is a pleasure just sticks to it, I even had a usa made strat hss and yet this is the one for me. Keeps good in tune even with drop D without robbing the bank, submitted by Germany is Quality 👍

In addition to what everyone else has already described about this awesome peace...

It came already setup, just needed some minor adjustments and tuning and it was ready to play. Great sound, comfortable, light. It's just always there next to me and calling out to play all the time :)

I love it

I bought this guitar for my diy project, I am going to rebuild it.

It's a simple, light telecaster, matt black finish - I love it.

It has small blemish on the neck - a little edge between the back of the neck and the fretboard line. I do not care now, 000 metal sponge will solve this problem. The fretboard dry a little bit, I need to handle it when changing the strings.

The initial setup was not perfect. I had to replace the nut, it was cut very wrong. The intonation was off. But, nothing serious. I love it, easy to handle, light. I would say itis a telecaster junior…

Well what can I say….This is without doubt THE best £80 I have ever spent.

Don’t get me wrong when it arrived it was totally unplayable. Gave it a full setup and Bang, the guitar came to life.

I don’t understand why Harley Benton don’t charge an extra £20 and give their guitar’s a full setup. If they done this the would corner the market for sure.

It cost £80 so you know it’s not going to be a fender, but it’s as good anything else out there. If this is the quality of guitar Harley Benton make, I will be buying many more.

I know the pickup’s may not be the best but when it played through my Positive grid amp they sound as good as anything out there.

Don’t be a badge snob, be smart grab an awesome bargain.

Good price to quality ratio, but don't expect good setup out of the box

This is a quite decent beginner guitar. It has a good look and feel, but not a perfect setup out of the box. Top 3 thickest strings are too low and rattle against the fretboard, creating an unpleasant sound sometimes. I tried tweaking the truss rod, but some rattling still remains. I guess I'll have to bring the guitar to luthier.

Comes at a very low price for this type of guitars. Playing it you could never imagine this costing this much. Best decision I have ever made!
