Great quality and value

No adjustment needed straight out of the box. Very nice finish. Using boss katana mini amp and getting very good tones. Highly recommend this guitar. As usual delivered quickly.

Black Paisley Tele

Gigged for the first time last Saturday and the amount of positive feedback I had from the musos in the audience was well beyond my expectations. It was positive all the way meaning more gigs using the Tele in preference to my American Strat.

WOW - Impressed

I have always been one of those guitarist who had to have a genuine USA made Guitar. Cheap guitars to me was not an option, but i was looking for a guitar that i could just carry around and not worry about being knocked. I looked at Budget Guitars between £200 to £300 but i couldn't seem to settle on a specific brand, although i wanted cheap still had to look good. Then i caught a review showing off the TE-70 Black Paisley, I done some research on this guitar and was amazed with the look and the specification. I was still really unsure about making a purchase as £135.00 was really cheap and couldn't understand how they could actually make any money from selling at £135.00. But i took the plunge, whilst I thought I would be waiting weeks for delivery, within four days it was on my door step. I have to say the build quality and specification of the guitar was flawless, although i was expecting a slightly lighter feeling guitar it feels the same as my Fender USA Telecaster. Honestly for a £135.00 its well worth it and in my opinion no other guitar can come close to this one. I have playing the guitar now for around a week and love it. Trust me if anyone out there is looking for a budget guitar you wont find better this. Although I must say I am going to Mod it slightly, Locking Tuners and Pickups, but that's just personal preference. Take it from me, someone who had to have the brand and snubbed his nose at cheap, I was very wrong in this case! So try one for yourself, you won't be sorry!

The best you can get for this money!

This guitar is just a masterpiece for this money! There is a couple of cons, but it`s not significant and I don`t want to speak about it. You can just take this guitar from the box and play without any problems, no need to do with it anything. I realy love this guitar!

HARLEY BENTON TE70 BLACK PAISLEY BIG SURPRISE

Bought this as i did not want to take my g&L Fullertone Telecaster to GIGGS and get it damage, what a shock little set up and string change it now playes as good as a £750 guitar

great guitar everyone loves it and it sounds great, dont believe people that say otherwise get it yourself you wont regret it

classic telecaster

The guitar has the shape and ergonomics of a classic Telecaster. There are minor cosmetic flaws, the tuning machines are not of the best quality and backlash. Badly worked frets. The varnish print is pale, it looked much better in the photo. The nature of the sound of a real telecaster, "broken glass" :)

Harley Benton TE-70 Black Paisley

Progression Starts Here. I,ve had a few guitars over the last forty years, but at this price I have got to say it's brilliant. If your just getting started as a guitar player then look no further than a Harley Benton Guitar. I wish they had been around when I first started playing. I'm 74

Love this guitar

A great Tele style guitar. Pickups sound nice and the guitar is quite attractive.

well worth the price

Surprisingly good quality. Setup was good from the box. Neck relief was soft on and nut slots were .005 at first fret with capo on 3rd fret which is perfect. I usually like a tad more relief in the neck but it plays well without buzzing. I bought to put a set of Fender Nashville Noiseless Tele pickups in it but I like the sound of the stock pickups so well I night find a worse sounding tele to use. I can't build as nice a guitar at anywhere near this price.

Great guitar quality

Very impressed with everything. Flawless workmanship delivered surprisingly quickly to Canada. Was setup - ready to play out of the box. I lowered the action a little to my preference. All-in-all a great experience, and I will definitely look to buy more guitars in the future.

its a tele.

well first off.... AWESOME looking finish.

guitar plays great and once i fixed the one glaring issue.... it sounds great too.

as this was a mod platform the issue wasn't a big deal... however the neck pickup was not functioning properly, I rewired it thinking it was out of phase but alas, no cigar.

I was replacing the pickup's for my friend anyway (its his guitar) so that was not an issue in the slightest.

I love this guitar

I received this today and gave it a once over. It's solid. In some pictures it looks like it has an arm bevel on the body, but I can assure you it's not there and it's shaped like a proper tele.

I cannot fault this instrument. I can't even say "it's great for the price point" because really it's just great. Sure, it doesn't have big name pedigree, but it plays very well. The frets on mine were all nicely dressed, and my bridge plate sits flush. All three positions play well and there wasn't a scratch on it. I can see myself swapping out the tuners eventually for locking ones, but so far after a lot of bending they only dropped ever so slightly, so I'm pleased with them.

I wish the HB brand was around when I was just starting out.

Overall an excellent guitar. I play this guitar more than my American Telecasters and it looks awesome on stage. Excellent value for money.

What more can we ask for?

There's no point in writing too munch and end up stating the obvious.

It's a great guitar for the price. Much better than what I expected.

Buy it, get new strings and a proper set-up done (it's never quite right from factory) and enjoy it.

This is a great example of what new technology can offer for unbelievable prices.

25 years ago, for this kind of money, you'd get 2 strings on a stick!

If you can't get a good sound out of this one, I can guarantee you that the guitar is not the problem...

I've owned, played, toured, recorded with dozens of guitars. No! This is not a Fender Custom Shop, but for the price, what more can we ask for?

Cant praise enough

Have had the guitar for a few months now and put it thru the test and it really stands out sounds great looks great i have a collection of quality guitars already from fender to ibanez and this one stands along side them .If i was going to pass on any critic it is the selector switch change from black plastic to chrome and you would match the volume and tone switch. As usual delivery was first class and well packed and for the price you wont find any better.

I can't put it down

I have owned this guitar for exactly 24 hours as I write this, but I could not wait any longer to review. IT. IS. AMAZING. Plays as good as my F***er player series tele, and sounds even better, for a fraction of the price. I have a new favorite guitar, and this is it. Crystal clear, chimey, twangy, sparkling, glistening, raw tone. I highly recommend this guitar.
