Harley Benton Valuestrings EL 11-52 4-stars Reviews
Long lasting
Long lasting with good sound strings.
Nice sound
Just what you need if you are learning
They get the job done
If you want high gauge strings but don't want to pay really expensive prices from brands, these strings will get the job done quite well.
very good for that price
this strings are very very good for that price range. you don't need to pay much more money for other strings. First i tried gauge 10 and then i bought other gauges of Harley Benton value strings. Now, when i look my spare strings, most of them Harley Benton brand, i have also some more expensive strings. you should try this strings. this product is absolutely price/performance product.
These strings are well worth checking out.
I've used them for live performances and they've served me well. Reasonably priced too.
Unbeatable for the price!
The strings settle in nicely right after stretching and they don't seem to last any less than your favorite brand strings. They don't sound exactly as bright as more expensive brands so I wouldn't personally recommend recording with these, but for otherwise playing, practicing or even playing live, these are unbeatable at this price range!
good product
The product matches the description. It performs its function.
why not get them
decent quality and very cheap, brilliant for having them as spares aswell, they sound good...not amazing but i wasnt expecting them to be, pretty much every order i make from here i intend to put a set of the 10's and 11's because it really doesn't make a difference to my order and its good to have some reliable good sounding strings on hand that i can place in my guitar toolbox, my spare parts box, and any guitar cases so no matter what, these are there ready to save the day, id recommend anyone get a couple of each to try out and keep on hand.
Yep
Good for the money. They sound good in my opinion. You can change them more often for that price ;)
does the job for great value
for this price these strings are obviously not as good as high budget strings, but they are certainly descent. High budget companies can't justify charging 10 times more for a product that's not 10 times better.
Regular strings
Slightly curved in some places. But the packaging is crazy
They last longer than expected
Those strings are fine, they are cheap and last. I bought those for my secondary guitars and they play very well.
They sound is fine, the sustain is ok too.
I would recommend as spare strings to bring in your case for concerts and rehearsals in case your better strings break.
Really good for the money
These strings are great value for money, compared to some top end strings they may not come out on top, but they're more than good enough for most peope to not even notice.
They handle different tunings well, including being drop tuned a fair amount, and they hold up well, I've been using them pretty reasonably on my guitar for months and they're still holding strong.
I'll definitely be purchasing these again in the future.
they are cheap, so if u selling ur instrument and dont want to spend much for strings, but want to impress the new owner with new feel, then buy them
Good value for money.
I normally use D'addrio but decided to give these a try after reading reviews. They aren't bad, not up to D'Addrio standard, but I wasn't expecting that. They do a good job and stay in tune. They don't play as smoothly as more upscale strings and seem to grind slightly when bending. but overall, for the price, there's not much you can complain about.
Cheap and Cheerful
Great strings to buy in bulk due to the affordability. I wouldn't say these strings stay fresh for a long time but the price means you can buy many sets and change your strings regularly.
Great Value for Anyone Looking to Save
These Harley Benton strings are the same gauge set as the ones I usually get from a big brand but are substantially less expensive. I go through strings fairly quickly because I always like having fresh sets on my guitars so it can get expensive, but with these Harley Benton strings I can save and I don't have to compromise on sound or quality.
Pretty good for 1.50
These strings are decent for the price. When i first opened them, some of them felt sticky and dirty, but i put some fret board oil on a cloth and wiped each string down. After that they felt smooth.
Not bad at all strings
These are inexpensive good strings to use and as gift to friends. I break strings frequently, the G and D, as I play Muddy Waters blues with a thumbpick. So it is nice to discover friendly strings like these HB. And now I'm arriving to the heavier ones, the .12, getting used to.
Use as backup
I bough't these strings primarily as backups to slip in my guitar bag. actually find myself using them on a few of my cheaper "Trunk" guitars. They don't sound bad at all.
In fact I dont even think you will notice much difference with a very cheap guitar. They are not the brightest sounding strings in my opinion but that's not what im after, so theyre fine for me!
I usually buy a bunch of them every time I order, just so I have some spare strings laying around at all times. Or to use on project builds for testing etc.
Great value to money ratio
