Harley Benton Valuestrings EL 11-52 Reviews
Long lasting
Long lasting with good sound strings.
Nice sound
Just what you need if you are learning
just bad
bought 5 sets of these because they were cheap and spent about a month trying to convince myself that they were worth it. then spent another month trying to convince myself they'll do as a stand in. then another few weeks thinking they will do as a quick fix if something breaks. but no. they are just awful.
consistently the E and A string are either hollow, or made with no core at all. both low strings comepletely dead on three sets out of five, and the other two lasted about a week before i realised that no, in actual fact, its not my pickups or some other imagined disease infecting my guitar.
these strings are just shit
They get the job done
If you want high gauge strings but don't want to pay really expensive prices from brands, these strings will get the job done quite well.
Simply excellent, buy cheap and rejoice!
Not often buying cheap gets decent results but these Harley Benton strings are brilliant. Feel and sound like Roto Sounds to me.
Still haven't gone dull yet after months.

very good for that price
this strings are very very good for that price range. you don't need to pay much more money for other strings. First i tried gauge 10 and then i bought other gauges of Harley Benton value strings. Now, when i look my spare strings, most of them Harley Benton brand, i have also some more expensive strings. you should try this strings. this product is absolutely price/performance product.
Great for what it is
Don't believe that strings make a huge difference
Excellent strings for a low price
Excellent strings.great sound,nice feel and longevity.very good price.highly recommended.
Perfectly Decent Strings at a Steal!
It's been a while but I remember going from Elixir's to these to experiment gauges cheaply and felt they weren't as slick (obviously) but nothing major and sounded slightly darker like Ernie Balls.
At these awesome prices, I'd gladly use Harley Benton strings all the time for personal/bedroom demo use IF there were more gauges or expand on their six string packs of single 10s and 11s, etc. with many more. I'd personally love packs of .10x6, .135x6, .20wx6, .26x6, .34x6, .46x6 ;)
perfect for the $$
the cheapest ones I got, but still sound good enough for my guitars
The strings are inexpensive and at the same time it is not aliexpress
Strings for everyday use
Budget strings that feel and sound nice. I use them many, many years for all my guitars and they do the job. No string breaks (and I am not a light picker), no rusting (and my hands do sweat a bit) and they hold the tune very well after some stretching. I use them for fixed bridges as well as some Bigsby tremolos, and they do the job nicely. No complaints whatsoever and for the price it is worth it. They have an average lifetime and if you wipe them off after play, they'll last a good span of time.
They work ok.
I got a few sets of these to try out and I've been pleasantly surprised. When you take them from the packet they kind of feel cheap....I can't describe why....but when on the guitar they work great. I have them on several guitars now and they've all lasted well and don't seem to need changing yet after several months and frequent playing....which for me is at home only.
If I were gigging again I'd possibly get 'better' strings just to be sure, but probably these would actually do the job well enough.
If you're on a budget or just noodle at home these are worth risking a few euro on to try out.
The big boys need to move over!
These are bright, full bodied, don't cut your fingers up and last as long as your D'addario, Ernie ball or Dunlop sets.
For a fifth of the price? It's true!
Bulk buy like I do, you won't regret it.
Ok strings
String feel a bit rough to the fingers, but top for the price.
These strings are well worth checking out.
I've used them for live performances and they've served me well. Reasonably priced too.
amazing for the price !
really good string and cheap !
Cheapest strings ever and VERY GOOD
I have used these for a while now and i have not noticed a big difference to basic ernie ball or d'addario strings. I would love them to last a little longer, but thats the same with all not coated strings. Never had these snapping randomly.
Highly recommended!
Very good price but i didn't tried them yet.I hope that they are good!
Super strings for the price
These are good quality strings, just as good as the main brands except these are extremely affordable. Definitely going to stock up on these next time I order
