What i needed

Perfect, at least for a beginner like me.

i have not used any of these strings yet but i have seen very good reviews of them and if you own quite a few guitars like i do you cant beat the price you pay for them very good value for the money

Great strings for no money.

They sound great, and last long enough.

Value Strings indeed

These are way better than they should be for the price. You don't get the super new string sparkly stage as much, but for me that's more than made up for by the 80%+ saving. These are now happily my everyday strings.

(This is also my review of the 9s and 10s - I bought a dozen of each to keep on hand.)

Very good for the price

I'm not a professional musician, just periodic player at home. This strings seams to be very solid and when you put the price into equation they are clearly very good choice. You can get 3 to 4 sets of these strings for the price of one branded and change them more frequently. This is especially the case when you have guitar with fixed bridge and locking tuners were the string change is very simple and quick.

great quality for money

I usually buy these in bulk whenever I'm buying them. I'm a gigging musician doing up to 2/3 gigs a week. I have a very heavy attack in my right hand so no matter what sort of strings I use, I always end up snapping them so having a surplus amount for such a small price comes in very handy.

the only downfall to these strings I find is that they degrade very quickly but they do exactly what they say on the tin. They're value strings.

What can you say?

These are fine strings and such a low price it feel harsh to be critical

The only drawback is that when unwound, they stay "bendy" whereas other strings would straighten

This is not a huge problem most of the time, but where you want to do a quick change it can be annoying to get through a tremblock

Otherwise - very good, feel no need to go back to a more expensive brand

Good, well made string, easy to play

Nicely made string, sounds good, the only minor negative is that they don't last quite as long as some other (far more expensive) strings, however as you can buy several sets of these for the price of one set of some of the other brands, that's not an issue.

Have plenty left in stock and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Great quality why pay more ?

I have 20+ electric guitars and have been playing for over 40 years, during that time I have used all the big string brands . I have been using HB strings in all gauges for years . They are bright and last as long as any other strings I have tried with the one exception of a coated set that came on a brand new guitar . . I usually only replace a full set about once a year and rarely break strings whilst playing . These strings are cheap enough to buy extra sets for spare singles . The 9's 10's are just as good . One suggestion which would make them even better value would be to include extra top e string for a few more pennies per pack ?

Do not misunderstand

These may not be the best strings overall, but relative to the price they are unbeatable. Whenever I order I always throw some HB strings onto it as well because they're so affordable.

Great

Another hit for HB - if you have many instruments and need to change multiple sets strings often, this is the solution

Great Value

These valus strings are as they say. What you get for your money is very good.

These will make very good every day strings although I use them either as spares (I don't want to open a new set of more expensive strings when I break one at a gig) as any odd string will sound diferet to the rest in any partly used set, or if I need a half decent set of strings on a guitar that is not in regular use.

Amazing cost/benefit relation

I noticed no difference from the brand I used before. The sound is crisp and the strings last as long as any other brand I have tried so far.

Great Strings for a great price.

I use these strings on my hollowbodies for a year now and i love the tone. The only complain is that the packaging smells like cheap plastic.

actually decent set of strings.

Perfect Strings

Very impressed with the quality of these strings, for the price of a Mars bar :D

I guess if you put a gun to my head I'd say the only criticism I'd have is that they don't feel quite as slinky and smooth as those of a much higher price point, but they are still 100% usable and feel fine. If you can even rub them down with a small bit of string extender or guitar polish its problem solved anyway, even if you don't do this they are fine quality strings to use and at this cost I bulk buy to save a lot of money. Highly Recommended.

Can't beat the price.

For the price... I like 'em. They alst long and I'm happy with the sound.

Better than you'd think

Great strings, at this price, totally worth it. Not broken one yet, maybe not as bright as more expensive brands, maybe.

Perfect strings for backup.

Can't really review bad a set of strings that cost 1.50 Euro so even though I wouldn't pick these as my main strings, I would definitely buy another couple just as a backup for gigs!!
