Great Bass … the best I ever had and exactly what I was looking for !!!

It is great! Great sound, great playability and endless possibilities with the built in equalizer! What can be better: 1. The bag is cheap and not very protective 2. The fret references are invisible (black dots hidden by B string on black board and luminous doesn’t work at all) and it is challenging at the beginning to start playing on a multiscale without clear indicators of the frets 3. Action and truss rod not precisely set by factory (I was expecting a slightly better adjustment) but eventually it is easy to set 4. No tutorials available online to adjust the bridge

Great sound and playability, let down by poor QC .

This multiscale bass is very slick and comfortable to play. The Nordstrand pickups sound fantastic in both passive and active modes - plenty of warmth and definition. Overall, especially using the active preamp, this is an extremely versatile bass and can cover pretty much any genre.

However, while the bass is functionally good, the quality of fit and finish is poor. Mine has lots of unsightly white pore filler on the neck, as well as some cosmetic blemishes and a small chip next to the fingerboard. The volume knob was not properly attached.
