Very disappointed

Bought a pair for my new artcore ibanez bass, the A string broke as I tried to tighten it up I wasn't even close to the A tone, The E string almost broke at the root and the end of the string itself. I never expirienced anything like it. I was recommended these string because they were deemed as one of the best flats on the market. For the price I paid all I got was shit
