Excellent quality on a budget

Awesome quality to price ratio! I use it in my home studio and I am very happy with it :)

Not really for vocal recording

I guess it is fine to use it for simple and basic things. But I wouldn't recommend it if you are planning to use it for vocal recording with high expectations.

Shockmount/spider not really working well. I guess there is some balance problem. And of course there is that cracking static voice is happening when you are holding with hand directly.

But it is perfect for simple tasks.

Very short pickup paturn but never the less outputs solid sound on all the 5 different audio interfaces I have tried it on

Cannot be compared to its more expensive bigger brother but in its class it's amazing

I usually use it for some online lessons I do as a teacher. The sound is perfect for this job.

The included shock mount, windshield and cable are very usefull, no need to buy something better.

The tripod stand is not very sturdy, so i bought a better one.

Grate microphone

I have been using this microphone for one year and I like it. It has quite flat frequency response and low level of noise. Using EQ and compressor I can adjust sound of my voice as I like for singing.

Also you get a small stand, a spider mount in this bundle and a short cable as bonus. It's not the best, but works ok for me when I use it for skype.

You can't buy better for this price.

Nothing to complain

This makes the job and it is quite good for the price. Do not expect wonders at this level, but a decent piece of gear that can give you many hours of pleasant usage. I would have expect a little bag for transport, but again the price is very good.

Solid microphone

This is a solid mic to use for working at home, but is you need it to record vocals or instruments this will do de job perfectly.

It is easy to set up, plug in and go. You will need an interface with phantom power, I have paired it with the Behringer U-Phoria UMC22

I've been using the mpm-1000 for a few months now and I am happy with it. I use it primarily for telcos.
