Awesome entry/mid range bass

Bought this one as my entry to the world of bass guitar and have been playing it for about 2-3 weeks at the time of writing this.

While I have nothing to compare it to, the build feels solid and there's nothing outstanding that I would complain about. Unlike what some beginner bass guides state, the volume/tone/EQ knobs are pretty easy to figure out even for an absolute beginner. You can also just play in passive mode, where you don't need to worry about the EQ knobs if you're not comfortable with that yet.

Since it's a "modern bass" with 2 humbuckers, the out-of-the-box sound is different than what you'd get with a typical P or J bass, so keep that in mind if you want a specific sound out of your bass.

At it's price, I feel like I got a lot of features and a well built bass so I can only recommend it to any beginner looking for a modern bass.

Excellent.

Top quality, amaaAAazing sound, and absolutely beautiful bass. But don't just take my word for it, do as I did and check out EVERY SINGLE review of it on YouTube also before buying.

I'm pretty sure it's the best bass (on this price range, granted) your money can buy. VERY SURE it holds the best preamp too. You can get any tone you need out of it.

It parks my Fender at a corner in every single field of comparison, from weight to sound, from aesthetics to neck feel. ...in fact,..even my cheap-ass Cort parks the Fender..but that's not subject for this review.

Sire Marcus Miller M2,..AMAZING.

Low cost, high features

Looks great, plays great, sounds great. It's a very versatile bass. Coming from a 1-band active bass, I think the 3-band feature is a great opportunity to further fine-tune my sound. The passive mode is not that big and loud, but it may come in handy. The tone knob in active mode makes very little difference, but I already used some EQ pedals to get the dampening of the tone knob on my previous bass, so I don't really care about that. Last but not least, it's really light! My back hurts no more! Also, no neck dive.

Great Bass for an Unbelievable Price!

The build quality is perfect. Beautiful neck. The 18 volt preamp and humbuckers offer a lot of different tones. The M2 easily matches a lot of bass guitars with much higher prices.

At this price you definitely won't regret it!

Very good

Everything matches the description, no complaints.

Sounds like Marcus Miller. The sound is configured very flexibly.

It is extremely convenient to play.

It looks great.

I was also very pleased with the packaging - nothing was damaged

super bass

the neck is thin and it makes this e-bass super playable.

I use it most of the time in passive mode, but the active is super fun and it gives me lots of ideas.
