Good and big!

It makes the job especially ror it's money! Big enough with double bass pedal fitting fine, but sometimes the sensor doesn't respond. With one pedal if the hitting is strong works fine! Very good!

Great purchase on the fly.

Needed a compact bass floor drum for our rehearsal room so purchased the Millennium as it was very cost effective. Our drummer uses it for all our shows, he loves it. I ordered another one for the rehearsal room.

Great value for a sturdy piece of kit.

works as intented

material is a bit noisy tho, softer rubber would be nicer, pad is big enough for double pedal i think, did not try it my self tho

Product is good, Get a module with sensitivity settings though.

Dropped a star as you need a decent module to be able to monitor the sensitivity of the hits that you apply to it.

Works fine with my Alesis Multipad but it's not beneficial to starter kits like the Alesis Debut, where it becomes unpredictable and is only triggered when you have to drive a lot of power in to your bass pedal for it to work.

Does the job at an outstanding price

I needed a cheap electronic bass drum pad to use with my 2box drummit5 unit as my 2box bass drum was malfunctioning. I did replace the piezo in the 2box but the response was iffy but I didn't want to pay a lot money for a replacement which I only used for practice. This unit was the cheapest I could find.. But its very well made and does the job.

Good if you want to get a larger pad

Good sized kick Pad and fits a double pedal.

A solid kick pad

-Much Bigger than expected > sizes HxWxD 47x26x26cm. I was expecting a smaller form pedal to match my existing kit (a compact DDRUM) but I guess it's only a visual matter.

-Don't use light color felt pad beater > rather use plastic/wood or (dark) rubber instead. I started using it with my old felt beater which immediately left some lint on the pad surface (which I wasn't able to remove.) Next day I bought a plastic beater.

-No instructions included (not really needed but...at least technical parameters would be a nice addition.)

-Very stable, heavy, metal, with anti-slip velcro straps and clamps for maximum stability.

-Works also with older drum modules (tried with Simmons.)

-Excellent also as practice pad.

E-Drum Kick Bass Pad

I use it on my Yamaha DTX Multi 12 E-Drums pad.

It does its job.

After some use, the pad surface started to wear.

I recommend the use of a Bass Drum Head Protection.

Good cheap replacement

I bought this kick pad almost a year ago to replace my Alesis mesh pad that so far has broke at least once a year.

It's more sturdy, reliable and way cheaper than the original but it won't give you the same feel, the impact it's definetely harder and louder and you'll probably need to decrease the trigger sensibility on your module (at least in my case, every hit was super loud at the beginning even if I barely touch the pad)

If you need something cheap or a temporary replacement go for it.

Good item

This is not bad item, but it has false positives during the play and a bit loud for a flat. I don't want to disturb my neighbours with my drums.

Luckily I put some textile under the rubber plate and this removed any false positives

Very good value for the money

I use this Kick Bass Pad for my left foot next to the hi hat pedal. Very good construction, very solid, it doesn't move an inch while you're playing it. For the minimal noise emission you can use beater like Sonor Perfect Balance Beater or triggerball beater. I've tried it with Ronald TM2 module and It has very nice response to. Overall You can't go wrong with this Bass Pad, IMHO I highly recommend it.

Good value for money

If you are looking for a low-cost e-kick pad and aren't looking for production-level equipment then this is the product for you. I cannot give it more than 3 stars in most areas as it does feel cheap to play with being loud to hit and having limited although some bounceback. The trigger although does work and it is more or less sturdy to play for long sessions.

Feels not like a real bass drum, a bit noisy, but for this price you won't find anything better.

Good kick drum pad

I bought a second one to be able to use 2 single bass pedals. The construction is good, quality is good, no complaints. The pad is solid and can be fixed with the screws in a carpet or flooring. It has a quick response and has no faulty connections. I use the 'tennis' ball drum head for the beater so the noise coming from the kick pad is not a problem. With the felt beater the sound tends to be a bit louder than other instruments of the e-drum set. Recommended product from my point of view.

Best kick bass pad (price vs quality)

Price vs. quality i can't find any better kick bassdrum pad than this one.

You have to press the pedal hard enough so that he does not leave the place.

Does the job

gives a good signal electronically but its pretty noisy acoustically. Also be sure to use a plastic beater as i used felt once and its still got marks from it

(used with alesis samplepad pro)

Excellent quality/price ratio!

I have owned a Millenium 200 electric kit for nearly 10 years now and the kick drum pad has only just given up after doing 20 plus hours a week teaching kids!

I bought this as a replacement and it's built like a tank. The response is quite hard by you soon get used to it. For the money it cost ps you can't go wrong!
