Great piece of kit

I bought this to use with my podcast setup so i can connect more headphones and so each guest can adjust their own volume levels.

Pro's

strong metal housing

Con's

there is no off button so it needs to be unpluged from the mains to make sure its totally off

sometimes there is a noise from the unit when im setting it up but goes away after a while

I would strongly recommend this item as its great value for money.

Good Amp for the price

I bought it to use with my mixer in my rehearsal room. It's better than use a PA if your band is very loud. Now everyone has they own master volume knob and I can get rid of my drummer's loud noise with some insulated headphones. Heaven on Earth.

PROS: It's very well build, metal case and rubber corners to avoid slipping away. The knobs are also good and it will work with 9V to 12V power supply (in case you lost the one that comes with it)

CONS: if you are like those guys that turn the volume all the way up than bad news, if you push it too hard it will start distorting the sound a lot. But if you ever experience it I recommend you to see a doctor, maybe you have hearing loss.

And I miss some parallel output in order to daisy chain another amp.

Where can you go wrong with this for around 25¤

As in the title, around 25¤ for a 1-to-4 headphone amp, each with their own volume control.

My main headphone amp is the Behringer Powerplay Pro 8 which is also superb for the price. But for extending one of those headphone outputs where the mix will be the same, this Millenium HA 4 is great.

It is small portable and simple to use. Don't know how long it will last being knocked around in the bag and having headphones plugged in and out all of the time, but for this price I don't really care, it had paid for itself several times over.

For the price there us very little competition. Great purchase.

Great for home or small studio applications.

I am setting up a home studio. I needed a headphone port that allowed the use of more than one set of headphones to be used. It is well constructed and sits well on the desk. Its sturdy. This puppy ain't gonna break any time soon. The quality of sound lift is amazing and as yet I've had no issues with noise.

A second input would be handy as I have to disconnect every time wish to plug in an alternative sound source.

Overall I am happy with what I purchased and would recommend to anyone who needs output for up to 4 headphones with individual volume for each. But remember it has only 1 input.

Very hand headphone amp no complaints. If any it would be the eu plug that needed a converter but other than. Very good.

Excellent value for money

I used this product for live studio band monitoring during recording. The amplifier did it's job perfectly - we all had our own headphones for monitoring and could regulate the levels individually. The device is quite sturdy. I especially like the rubber corners, and the volume knobs are nice and firm. The only downside is you need long headphone cables since the device can only be positioned centrally, but that would be true of any other device like this one.

This is definetly a more than fine product for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone in need of multiple headphone monitoring setup.

good amp

I use this amp in my home studio, its sound very nice, and its portable, i can carry it in other studio for other works.. it has 4 channel with separate volume button.. each musician can adjust its volume level

Great amp for the money

I bought this headphone amp for my project studio to send the headphone mic from my DAW to the live room for drummers and vocalists. It's proven to be very reliable and sturdy despite its low price.

Pros:

1. Very strong metal housing. This is not some cheap plastic that will break easily. This unit can take a beating and it will still work like a champ.

2. Comes with detachable rubber feet that help the amp to stay in place and not slip away. The rubber also helps to prevent it from damage, if dropped.

3. It can produce very high volume - it's suited even for very loud drummers.

Cons:

1. Somewhat flimsy volume knobs, although I doubt that they would break easily or stop functioning.

2. It has some self-noise - a little hissing can be heard from the unit, although it is not a problem once music starts playing.

Summary:

It is an excellent unit for the price. I would definitely get another one if I lost this. Highly recommended, especially for beginners.

Does exactly what it says it does. Solid construction. May not look the best but it seems like it would last forever. Very good for use with turntable

Very good for price

Simple and straightforward. Does the job. No noises or problems. An on/off switch would be handy, though.

Great small headphone amp

This is really great little headphone amp, especially when you are recording outside the studio and don't want to drag around some big and heavy amps.

Pros: Provides clean enough signal and does get pretty loud, that's suprising for that kind of money. The box itself is pretty strong and the knobs feel good too, no wobbling

So-so's: You can only feed in stereo signal - when plugging in mono jack, the signal will only come out from one side.

Con's: The black rubber/plastic sides fall off quite easily. However some glue will fix that.

Great for the price

Useful thingy to get multiple headphones with way much low quality than the original output, still useful to record with your friends or play at late hours in the night with people without waking up your house mates!

Gets the job done

Metal box with rubber on each side. Does what it's made to do pretty good. No major sound coloring. And the price is affordable. A good purchase!

Good but could be better

Serves my purpose very well, really convinced as I could record using multiple outs (also as heaphones) .. Would definitely recommend to buy when its necessary for your need.

Does the job but won't last

I use this for tracking bands. It usually gets put out in the middle of the floor and each band member plugs their headphones in. I don't need it to have particularly good sound quality for this purpose, just so long as the output is loud enough. And it is, plenty of headphone volume for a band in a room with a drum kit, but it does get a bit distorted.

After a year or so one of the volume knobs lost contact on the inside so it would keep turning without changing the output level.

After another year, another output started sounding very fuzzy/distorted.

I need to get a new headphone amp soon and won't be buying this one again.

OK for the price

It doesn't sound very good, but it isn't too bad. I wouldn't use if for critical listening, but if you need to drive several headphones for foldback, it's a cheap solution. It doesn't like too high input levels, but it manages to drive high and low impedance headphones.

Build quality is amazing for the price.

Does it's job nicely!

Use this with my audio interface to split the headphone signal to more sets of headphones the recording other people. So that everyone can hear the tracking process! works great without any degrading in volume or sound!

Nice little tool

I needed a little amp to connect more than one headphone to my soundcard. It works well and without any trouble.

The circuit isn't noisy and the build quality is fine.

Little negative points:

- the knobs are a bit wobbly, but nothing too bad

- maybe it's just my unit, but the first knob starting position has a little offset compared to the other 3, it works fine tho, it's just an aesthetic defect

Nice little plus: you can very easily remove the black side holders if you want to.
