No need to spend more!
It stands and it holds a mic. What more is needed from a mic stand? Wide base is great for stability and it is tough as anything. Worth ordering in bulk for spares etc. because the price is so good!
Excellent mic stand!
I brought this mic for use as an overhead for a drum kit using a heavy condenser mic. This being the best priced stand on the site I expected it to be lightweight and not stable, however I was wrong, most cheap mic stands are flimsy and the legs not great however this one has brilliant legs and is great for overheads or vocals or anything that is required.

I really like these stands. i use them a lot. They are tough, they take hard knocks and quite honestly I cant see why you need to buy a more expensive product when there is one available at such an affordable price that does everything you need it to and doesnt fall apart under repeated gigs. Brilliant value.

Budget mic stand that is no frills but does the job. Solid metal base (not cheap plastic like some) and adjustable boom stand that is essential if you play an instrument as well (eg. guitar). Boom has become loose over time but has been subject to a lot of use and abuse. Still works though!

A good solid lightweight stand that does what it says it will do. If you are using it on a daily basis I would upgrade to a more heavy duty stand tho. Light and effective.

Cheap stand but does the job...
I'd brought the very basic millenium stand a few times now and the plastic parts have started to break over time... This one has only had a couple of uses so far but it seems to be better made than the others... Have a feeling this one will last me a bit longer but probably still not as sturdier as something more expensive. But for my occasional use - it will do the job nicely.
Easily broken
I bought a few of these and we only have one left standing now. They get quite a lot of abuse at the church and the worst fault is that you tighten them up to stop them slipping then the threads strip, especially on the boom slide mechanism. Shame because the main stand is nice and robust it's just that I now have 3 stands that are held together with Gaffer tape.
Light and sturdy
I bought a number of these to use in my local church and they have served us well. Easy and quick to adjust and professional looking items.

a cost effective mic stand which is good enough to do the job you bought it for and after roughly 2 years mines still working as well as the day i bought it... you know it's built to a price but if you don't like it then spend more money on a different stand. ive known people to spend over £100 on mic stands which is a little pricey for me as this ones fine
Simple but effective mic stand
I was placing a fairly big order for stuff and was thinking of stuff I could get shipped at the same time, so I chucked one of these in the basket as it was a great price. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised and it's done it's job fine.

Great quality and durability at very low cost! I have been using them on a daily basis in a rehearsal/recording environment. These stands have been going through many hands every day for about 1,5 years now, and they still work absolutely fine.

Good value no nonsense well priced mic stand. Very light and so easy to carry multiple stands. Very easy to use and set up. No problems with this product at all. Suitable for light use.

Performs everytime
I have used these in live situations in small and large venues. Sometimes the crowd gets a little busy and they get knocked over and bashed - yet still they perform like new. Highly recommended.

This is a good mic stand, for the money, does the job of holding mics for live and in the studio. Would buy some more in the future. Nice and strong too.
Can't go wrong for the price
Great mic stands for the price, we use for live performances and have no problems.
