A little unstable, but a good studio stand!

This is an okay stand, 'slong as you use it in acceptable situations. Don't use this outside or on unstable ground, because you might have to tape it down.

Good Mic Stand

Great feeling mic stand. Keeps my admittedly quite heavy microphone well stabilized even when extended quite far forward past the center of gravity. Can't complain and very easy to feel like a rock star while holding.

Solid mic stand

Adjusts nicely, is sturdy.

Good to start with!

Got it in a bundle with my Shure SM 57 and it does all I ask for.

Good product!

It's not the best but really good considering the price.

Not designed for heavy microphone like Samson G-Track Pro.

Other than that, this one works really well.

Adequate stand

Fine, sturdy mic stand. (have it for years now)

Only con is that the housing at the tilting nut for the arm of the mic used a plastic housing which degraded and gave out over time.

Removed the broken piece and fixed it with a wing nut.

Alright for the price

These stands are cheap and they do get the job done. But after a while they start to show their quality. Like the twist handle to raise does not function very well. The boom slips a bit. is ok for light home use.

Does the job

Yeah, it'll hold your mic, it's a little bit fiddly and the arm has a tendency to sag a little bit below what you set it as but you can just accommodate for that by setting it a little high

I got a phone mount adapter and use this mostly for a tripod nowadays and it does that just as well

could've been better

I got this one on a bundle deal and quite honestly I got little confused, as I paid more for it that I initially thought it was. Mine thou had a little defect when it came. It's nothing serious as I could repair it myself but it basically was loose and couldn't stand still. For me it wasn't worth it to send back, as I am pleased with the mic that come with it. Which is more important I guess.

Overall, could have been better.

Cheap mic stand, not very sturdy or stable but you pay for what you get and the price is fair.

Not the greatest out there but it really works for its price!

Fantastic value!

Bought it to use in my studio and it's working just perfect. I use it as overhead stand, usually fully extended - grip is fine and quite stable, however with heavy mics I'd recommend to add some extra weight to the base. Amazing value, doing very good for it's price.

Sturdy and high.

I use it during sitting interviews as an overhead mic, and as a dynamic mic stand on stage. Pros include sturdyness and flexibility.

The main con is quality - when you fold it, it doesn't allign properly, it's 2-3cm off. You also should be gentle with it as it doesn't feel that some screws could handle a lot of pressure.

As a beginner and a person with less budget, this was okay but I quickly changed it to something more sturdy as this wasnt with very good quality.

I ordered Shure SM57 and this stand came with it. I dont know if the others has same issues, but knob on one arm cannot be turned into position of mic well, so I had to glue it and fix that, now I can use it for my 4x12 Mesa cab for recording.. overal quality is good

Light weight

Does what it should, it is not meant to support heavier or more expensive microphones.

I use them for hanging absorption panels.

Great accessory if you're on a budget.

UPDATE:

It's ok for the price.

You need to tighten it quite a bit or else it shakes and/or loosens a little.

It struggles to hold an SM57 when the boom arm is extended wich is kind of sad honestly.

But I guess if you need a cheap stand to beat up and just set and forget, this is fine... Just don't put any mic on it that costs more than 100€

I have bought this stand to use it with my Rode NT1-A. It works perfectly, allowing me to safely position the mic in different directions. It is also very easy to use. I'm very happy with it!

Good for the price

Pros: Cheap, easily assembled and easy to handle.

Cons: With a slightly heavier mic it tends to drop a bit even if it is properly balanced in the back.

Overall quality good for the price but I wouldn't use this to hold more expensive mics.
