Universal & Cheap

This mic stand is much better quality than other brand cheap mic stands of the same type. Just make sure you don't overtighten things and ruin the threads or break some plastic parts. Get a feel for how tight things need to be to be perfectly stable.

It can hold two mics which is a great thing. On a certain drum setup, you can mic the snare and the rack tom using just one stand.

This stand could be very useful at a very low price and functional in the home studio if used appropriately.

Prefectly serviceable. Not as sturdy as a I would have liked, but gets the job done.

Good quality overall

Great for home recordings, but lacks stability and can be tricky to mount properly.

Quite good not bot enough

Well for this price in bundle with Shure SM58 and wires - it's almost for free, so I took it. It's OK for the first-time users but it's not so cosy if you have used K&M stuff.

even though i gave it 3 stars across all aspects, I would still recommend this product. But compared to the higher end stands, it is not the best but is worth the money.

Can be frustrating or hand to get the perfect angle at times.

Would buy if you want a stand without breaking the bank

An average mic stand

Quality is questionable but for price and usability it does the job. It works fine but you can see the quality difference compared to more expensive stands. Overall it does what it says on the tin

I suppose you get what you pay for in life and never truer words were said about this mic stand.

It works fine and would suit someone who wants to use it in a bedroom situation maybe.

The fittings are not sturdy enough to withstand heavy use in a gigging situation for example (in my opinion).

I bought a few of these for my studio but soon realised that they were all beginning to break after minimal use.

For the price, they are useful if you want lots of stands and are not heavy handed with them.

For a gigging band, I would avoid.

Not so good after all

If you use this stand very gently you will have no problems.

It is not so heavy duty.

Mine broke within a month.

If you want to set it up once and leave it there I think it's ok, but I wouldn't recomend it for multiple movements.

Does the Job. Didn't break so far, but it doesn't look too resistant.

for the price i wasn't expecting much, its an ok stand provided your not mounting a mic with some weight to it

well it's cheap

you get what you paid for, it seems a bit flimsy and a big plastic knob for rotation of the crane is ... well , flimsy. but it holds everthing in place. it's super cheap and will do the trick. if you break it, get another. super cheap.

Okay mic stand!

I bought a few different mic stands, but to tell you the truth this is my least favourite. I just don't like that boom arm that regulates the stand. It's noisy and it just looks weird when you're setting it up.

Don't get me wrong the stand is perfectly stable and made very solidly, but the handling and setting up is what bothers me. Otherwise no complaints.

avoid.

the plastic becomes brittle after a very short period on all 3 i bought, you get what you pay for, would rather spend more to get a higher quality.

Low Budget stuff

Cheap and nasty stand but would do the trick if you were on a budget

Affordable Microphone stand but not as stable as you'd think.

Millenium did a good job with the overall design of this stand. It's simple and with it's Boom arm, it's highly adjustable. This, however, comes with big drawbacks.

Pros:

-Affordable, this is a given.

-Surprisingly big range.

-Adapter support like most have.

Cons:

-If not on a stable-material ground, the base will tumble from the weight of the microphone, sliding across.

-Tripod is surprisingly hard to work with.

-Very weak in a lot of ways. It won't hold heavy microphones well and the range-adjusting wheel is extremely fragile and can break, completely making this useless.

If you want something cheap that works, get this, but don't use it for big microphones and be gentle with it, or you'll just waste money like I did.

Great value

For a 2nd/backup mic stand, it works great. For a main mic stand, go for better.

cheap stand but dont expect something that will last forever, I use it as a spare.

a first mic stand...possibly the last

When you start a home studio or even you want to invest in some gear for live or recording, you start with a low budget and of course you sometimes fine the rare gem that is giving you plenty satisfaction. There's the Millenium stand however on the other side of the spectrum. It's a nice first mic stand but don't think it will handle the test of time. wobbly, cheaply made, mine broke off after few months, the tightening system between the boom and the stand cracked in 2. My advice, don't take it live and let it set up to your needs in your studio/room without ever changing the height. It won't last long. It's easy to use but it's also easy to break. Once again, on a budget it's a good stand all things considered, but if you are looking for robustness and durability...don't look here.

Good

This is a very good microphone stand. Only the stability of it is not as good as i expected.

Didn't last long

The stands were bought in a bundle with SM58s. They were used occasionally on rehearsals and didn't last long, all breaking at the pivot.

I'd say they work reasonably for the price, but should be more durable.
