Proper unit

It's built like a tank with a simple function. It fulfils your expectations.

Designwise I'd prefer it to be a little smaller in size, colours inverted and done away with the little ugly footprint icon.

This thing is built like a tank,with its metal construction it should hold up well. I personally had no issues with it and I've owned it for two years as of writing this review. I use it with my Crush 35 RT and it does it's job fine.

What can I say

It's a metal box with a button, how can you mess that up, well, they didn't, they delivered on both ends, metal and button. Good job Orange!

Very good footswitch

I use this with my Orange Crush 20 amp. it does the job well, switching between the two channels. It also looks good and I love the red LED.

The only downside is the price: I think it's too expensive for just a single way footswitch. Other than that, the product is awesome!

Solid foot switch

Bought this for my orange combo crush bass, It works great, looks, great and the Led is nice and bright !

Simple and overpriced

Yes, it's solid, and has a logo. But I took it for my studio, so another artists will catch the logo. Otherwise for my private needs I would buy way cheaper item.

Switch in a box

It's a white box with a switch and an LED in it. Well built and works as it should.

It's great for setting on the floor by itself, however because it's a fairly large box it does take plenty of space on a pedalboard, where a more compact option would be welcome.

Perfekt

It does it?s work. I like the material, is very tough and i even like the color. I would say though that i woul be happy if Orange can make a smaller version of it where the LED works the other way around.

Works as advertised

I bought this switch to pair with Crush Bass 50. Mostly for playing at home and occasional studio usage.

FS-1 requires instrumental cable, which I consider a plus because you can easily replace it if it gets broken for whatever reason. I paired it with cheapest instrumental cable I could find and it works with zero problems.

As some other owners noted light is quite dim, but visible well enough under most conditions.

Build quality is very good, this thing weights a ton and feels like you could use it to smash rocks and it wouldn't break. Underside is lined with decent no-slip material which helps if you are playing on slippery surface. Switch itself never locked on me, and while it requires some force to push it, but isn't uncomfortable to use even without shoes.

Design wise it looks like a brick with giant orange logo on top, it isn't exactly something you would want to put as a centerpiece of your studio or anything, but it fits well enough with rest of the Orange lineup.

All in all, solid switch, maybe lacking in features but build quality is excellent and if you care about branding Orange logo might just be worth paying a little extra.

Great footwshich

There is nothing more to say than this- it's a great, sturdy footswitch and it does very well what it's designed for.

The sturdy metal chassis provides comfort and reliability and the fact that you can hook it up to a cable of any size is a great plus.

I used it on a lot of amps and the switching worked every time, no problems there. I strongly recommend it to any player that has a two channel amp.

Pros: Sturdy, reliable, comfortable to use.

Cons: No cons.
