Perfect

I love the durability of the snare head, it can tuned very high without any problems, and love the snare wires response on it!

Amazing sound and quality.

I have used this snare reso for a few months and if you manage to tune it well the sound you get is just amazing.

I'm using it with the Puresound P1424 Custom Snare Wires and the Remo 14" Ambassador X Coated.

Very pleased with it.

Classic!

This is The only snare side head that I will ever use, as per usual with Remo they make stellar heads! This gives you the Sensitivity and sound that all drummers look for!

Not as good as Evans, used to be better

after using REMO for many years, I am sad that the quality of these have decreased so much, the logos are blurry, and there are not consistent shapes on the layers, I thought maybe I am too picky, but then I compared to Evans, and I realised, I am not :)

The best

Nothing to say...the world best heads

great all rounder!

Subtle and delicate, yet can really take a punch! It's a must-have head for your snare. A great place to start if you just want Snare without making the sound too use-specific

Always great snare quality from Remo

Remo's fast become my go-to brand for snares, preferring the durability and tone of Evans for toms. This is nicely responsive, durable and easy to tune up.

It's just so simple to buy Remo heads, you just always know the thing you bought is going to be perfect, and this has happened again with these heads. Just buy them, it'll be great.

Best reso on the market.

As I just wrote on the title this is the best reso drum head, period. I tried almost every brand and I always came back to remo. Again: the best!

Classic and versatile

I bought this head for a 90's TAMA snare that i use in a number of different modern genres. Remo is the brand i have used for decades and it never failed me.

Pros: As the title says, its versatility, which is a quality i value very much, as well as the price/quality ratio.

Cons: None as far as i can see or hear.

Perfect tone

I love Remo heads and I've been using them for decades. I'm a jazz drummer and I like a round, open sound on my drums. Very good tuning and tone. Perfect snare response. Highly recommended!

Best all-around

3 mil snare heads in my opinion are the most versatile and go with pretty much any snare for any genre. Can't go wrong with remo ambassadors.

Remo 14" Ambassador Snare Reso drumhead

Remo has been the leader in the drumhead industry since 1957 when Mr. Remo Belli invented the Mylar drumhead. Remo is my drumhead of choice since I started drumming and my entire professional drumming career. Go for the best and forget the rest. Remo it is.
