Good if you are looking for a dark sound

The sound is a bit darker than other heads at the cost of a more fine tuning because of the nature of this ebony drumhead.

Remo 10" Ambassador Ebony

Remo 10" Ambassador Ebony are good heads that can be used as a top or bottom head. I personally like to use them as a bottom resonant head with a pinstripe as the top head.
