Excellent product

I recommend this product, especially because his working range. Very useful.

Very dissapointed - LATENCY+RANGE

Pros: Great build quality

The included cables are great and probably more than what you will need!

The case is incredible, it has a powerbank and recharging is great!

Love the Line Input function

Cons: A big disappointment is the LATENCY. They said it would be 12msec, but actually the latency is 63msec. So if you are shooting video, prepare for a 2 frames adjustment with the timecode.

The second biggest disappointment is RANGE. They claim 100meters, but it couldn't even handle 10meters with just a wall in between. This is almost useless. I don't really blame Saramonic here. Rode also claims 100 meters, but this is a limitation of the 2.4Ghz technology.

The third disappointment is the level adjustment. For the transmitter you only have 1-6 to choose from, but when operating in Line signal, you only get 4-6 (3 options). If you select 1-3 it just doesn't work. Now, on the Receiver you have again 1-6 to choose from and it's a mess to select the correct output level, you have to do so many keystrokes to adjust the level.

Fourth disappointment: the included microphone is Omni. I would much prefer a cardioid microphone.

Lesson learned, next time I will buy a 823Mhz wireless system.
