My babies!

These mics were recommended to me by some folks over on the GS forum. I used to use a pair of Rode NT5 mics, but I had problems.

Not due to the mics, but because my drum room is very small and bright. The KSM137s have a much tighter pickup pattern than any cheap SDC I've used, and they make drum recording a breeze. They are far moire directional, which helps with stereo imaging when mixing overheads.

Solid mics, can't recommend enough!
