Great - For the price

These units are great for the price. The light output is good and the colour mixing okay (for units with separate bulbs). Mine have a tendency to die after approximately 2 years of occasional usage - every time power issue where constant bulb blow issue - I simply replace the whole unit with a new one. Currently have 10 of these in stock :)

Ideal for uplighting

Good light RGB 8 segments

RGB color, lightweight, plenty of options. The limited distance is more close to the distance, and far from suitable. You need to know well what you do, so that you do not despair.

Great effect for the money!

These create a great effect for the money. Not the same as the ones with RGB/W combined into a single light source, but they cost a lot less too! Put a load of these up at the back of a stage (behind a drummer or DJ), set them to 8-cell mode and get pixel mapping!

Strong light output, lightweight and easy to use, if you are already familiar with Stairville products.

Had some problems

So bought this product for an event that I was asked to do for a mate. Light outputs good, colours mix well and fairly easily, The white is a little blue.

After the event, I took it home and used it to light one of my rooms as I wanted a cool way to light it. After about a month-ish the light started to have some weird flash problem, this seemed to occur in just one of the LED segments. So bought some a DMX terminator this seemed to do the trick, Over Christmas, I was away, during that time the light must of malfunctions and had blown the fuse in the unit. This I thought was probably bad news, I replaced the fuse with the spare one which comes inside the fuse holder of the unit which I was surprised by, this I hoped would fix the problem, it didn't. So contacted Customer support via email which I was greeted by an email back saying that they were busy and to contact return. So I contacted returns and had no reply. Would have phoned but in the UK so costs a lot, well on a mobile anyway. So, in the end, filled out a returns thing online and sent it back in the hope that something might be done. When the Product came back about 2 weeks later (Takes about a week to ship from Germany) the device seemed to be a brand new unit, so new that it could of just come out of the factory.

If you got this fair on my review thanks for reading this far.

Would I recommend? Probably yes, but that's only because I hope this is a one-off fault and doesn't happen with this one. If it does I will change the review and lower the number of stars

Amazing light , very creative effects and very bright

It's just wow

This lighting bar is just amazing for its price. I ordered bundle consisting of 2 bars and a bag, and it was like 150e. My friend has a Cameo bar, which is 150e alone and it doesn't even look that good as this one. It has very interesting programs on it's own. Plus i ordered a remote control which is a total overkill. YOU JUST HAVE TO ORDER A REMOTE CONTROL, because it makes it so easy to use that way.

Light output is good. The bar itself doesn't look too sturdy, it might break if you drop it, but hey, they're not designed for dropping, right?

The bag that came with bundle is quite big, i might even fit 4 bars in there.

All in all, product is a total overkill. Recommend

Fantastic for the price!

This product is fantastic for the price. They have some very bright red, green and blue led's which give a good punch. Also in the highest channel mode, they have 8 segment of control each, which again for the price of the product is amazing.

Plenty of light and plenty of features for not a lot of money.

The light bar is surprisingly powerful, used to light parts of theatre stage and it performs marvelously. The colored lighting is also very good.

It has quite a few feaures that I did play with but never used as it is connected in a DMX set up but all seemed to work fine.

The housing is solid and every LED was working fine.

Top quality and most importantly does not cost a lot

Great Lighting Unit

The Led Bar has a great lighting output and it can be used stand alone (DMX not required although supported)

Good construction for the price.

I use it for my studio lighting and find it extremely good.

For the price I wasn't expecting much, but this has surpassed my expectations!

Great light output, and really great quality.

I've used it at several gigs already and it's been fantastic!

I would recommend also purchasing the remote with it (not included) as it makes operating the light so much easier!

Excellent light fixture for not much money!

Just bought the 2nd of these fab little light fixtures. They're bright, light and easy to use.

Originally just used the in-built programs or on auto but now starting to program using DMX.

Really versatile.

They need some TLC as being plastic they won't respond well to being knocked etc but other than that they're ace!

Will be getting two more when funds allow.

Great for the price, but a little fragile

I use the Led Bar for uplighting in parties or for concert.

Pros:

-Great output

-lightweight and easy to mount

-great control (in the DMX mode you have 8 separate zone for each bar so you can do some amazing programming)

Cons:

-plastic mad, so very fragile

-plug on the side so, when use as uplighting ether the light will not be against the wall or everybody will se the plug and the cable

In general I'm very satisfied with this product, I will decently buy more

cheap and functional

not the brightest but for the price can't complain

Good fixtures for a good price

Happy with this product. The exterior finish doesn't feel completely robust, but it has had a couple of bangs and knocks from general use including a child kicking one over a few times and caused no real damage.
