Light Up The Night

Great value and effective LED flood panel. Perfect for band and disco applications. Compact and easy to use. Good light/clours produced and low energy consumption. I bought four for our band for wedding functions and pub/club gigs. They add a touch of class and are very easy to use. They have DMX input for lighting control desks etc, but we just switch them to sound to light setting and away we go. Very impressed about to buy another 4 to replace our PAR 56 cans. Highly recommended.

great for uplights

I got 8 of these and as they have a solid metal construction this is what influenced my choice between these and the adj meag tri par which is of plastic construction.

as these will be placed around the edge of halls where people could kick them the full metal casing is a must.

the double yoke is great and means you don't have to get a separate floor stand

theses have great control whether you use the built in selection or master slave mode or full dmx .

they are a very compact unit I can fit 4 in one chauvet chs-sp4 slim par bag

very good value for money.

I will be getting some more of these in the future

Good Budget LED Lamp

My band has been using these for a couple of years now and have worked fine through numerous pub and club gigs. I saw some advise to use the wider dispersion angle panels if just general "wash" lighting was needed and these do fine.

Usually, we string them left to right on the floor between stage monitors and set low in a kind of upwash effect. They aren't as brilliant as PAR64 so realistically you need the house lights dimmed if these are all you are using.

We have used the auto sound to light settings both independently and synchronised via DMX cables and this is easy to set up. In addition we have connected four of these to a budget Chauvet Obey 3 controller and DMX control works just fine.

For most pub gigs, where setup time is limited. we just connect the mains power and leave them on full auto sound to light and let the lights so their own thing.

We cram four of these lights into a small case and to do this, we have to undo the stands and fixing knobs after every gig and I'm please to report that the hardware stands up to this well, no stripped threads or loose fittings after two years.

Perfect for daisy chaining

I really like the compact size and ease of connecting them in a chain they work really good in standalone/sound mode but the real power is when used with an DMX controller

Stairville LED Flood Panel 150 40°

Does what it should, providing a nice flood of light. Easy to use and change the light programs, firm floor stand and the whole unit packs away neatly taking up very little space.

Stairville Led Fliid Panel Review

I originally bought these to replace my other led par cans that were traditional. These are far brighter and far more of a spot than my others. Fantastic light out put in more of a spot than a wash. Fantastic range of programs that make them idea for up-lighting without the need for programming however the dmx is a brilliant feature. Will be buying more in the near future.

Good little light

Very light weight with great features. Still to early to comment on build quality. Still waiting for bags from bundle

Great quality LED flood

I use in conjunction with three others all linked together (three slaved, one driving other via sound to light) and they produce enough light to create a show for a small to medium sized pub/function gig. Low power consumption, easy to program (in all modes other than DMX) and give out very little heat. Reasonable build quality, very happy with them, much easier than lugging around bulky, power consuming, bulb blowing, heat producing conventional PAR cans.

LED FloodPanel

I bought 8 of these lights for wall washing at weddings, they are easy to set up and the colours are strong and bright, working on there own programs, the colour change and smooth flow from one colour to the next is faultless. and they are great value for the price .

Compact and inexpensive

I have used these units for everything from lighting a Christmas tree to running in a multi universe DMX rig as part of a stage show and they are pretty much great for all applications. They are EXTREMELY bright if you happen to look straight at them but don't expect to buy a couple and light an entire room (150 LEDs can only do so much!). Main use is as low level uplights for lighting bands but they would work equally as well when hung. We have some Stairville LED par cans as well and I would say, from experience, that these are brighter but have a narrower beam angle.

Compact and effective

These lights are ideal for small gigs where space is at a premium. The sound to light feature allows sensitivity settings to be used. I have 3 of these set up with different sensitivity levels so they change colour at different times, allowing bands to be lit effectively without too much effort. The lights can be rigged on a bar or stand on a flat surface, increasing their versatility in a small venue.
