Excellent quality and sound for this price.

At this price point I don't think can do much better. I have a MusicMan stingray 4 string - which is my "main" bass . It has a superior sound but 6 times the cost. It does not sound 6 times better..just has the edge. But like I said for the price.. this Sterling rox.

My only criticism would be the clarity - it does sound a little "mushy" at times... but hey still packs a punch.

I would recommend it to anyone.
