Excellent!

Mini Spark is an awesome boost pedal that is JUST volume.

at 0 it adds nothing to your sound.

It's excellent for solo part that you want to go above all the other instruments.

Excellent!

It does what it's supposed to very well

So far, I have used it at home in my setup and in the rehearsal room.

At home, I use it to add a boost to the overdrive/distortion pedals, so after the entire effects chain.

In the rehearsal room, I use it before the drive pedal, and I especially like the clean sound with that extra spark to it. Sounds wonderful.

I wish the led were blue or something, because I sometimes wonder whether it's on or off. Of course, once it's turned on it's obvious which is which, but it's white when it's off, and then bright white when engaged.

Also, not a fan of it being made in China, but other than that it seems to do a great job. I definitely recommend it for this price.

'It does what it says on the box'

I work a lot as a duo - myself on guitar and vocals and a bass player. I use a Taylor 326 ceK which is beautiful but it sometimes it lacks the ‘boost’ to cut through for a solo. Discussing this issue with another guitar player friend - he suggested the TC Spark which coincidentally I’d already considered. So I ordered it and it is perfect. Solidly made, neat design and as they say ‘it does what it says on the box’.

does what it says on the tin

solid little booster, does exactly what it says on tin. never need to turn it more than 10 o clock for a nice amount of volume, so it has bucket loads in that department. knob does feel a tad cheap or wobbly, but that could very well be due to my gigging of the product. overall, perfect little booster, nice and clean (but i feel like it can add a bit of crisp if you want it to!)

Best booster pedal

Best booster pedal, I bought the bigger version too, love them both! And comes with super cheap price too!

Perfect fit for purpose

This is the only boost pedal I've ever had, so I can't compare with any other. All I can say is that I'm happy with this pedal. It does what it is supposed to: boost the volume, without giving any noticeable colour to the sound; it is very small, so it's an easy fit in any pedal board; it's robust, so you can step on it without any issue; even the "click" sounds nice; and it's affordable. Also, 20db is a lot; I keep it at 9 o'clock, and it's more than enough.

Quality boost pedal

Its a great boost pedal. Does what it says. 1 knob for boost amound. Easy to use and great sound.

Fine clean boost, faulty switch

Nice and small clean boost. Good sound. Hold feature quite useful for licks. Build quality ok, except for faulty footswitch at times. It sometimes won't switch on/off or switches back on/off unwanted during click.

Probably the best Boost pedal on the market!

Simple layout in the small form factor. Works the best at the end of your signal chain just for an overall volume boost and 20 dB gain is more than enough for that! Could be used for driving your overdrive/distortion or amp harder, but I prefer coloured boosters for that application more.

The main sell feature for me is the hold switch function, it's really easy to use and save you from unnecessary tap dancing. I would like to see more pedals to have this function.

Great sound, a lot of clean gain

Very good and simple boost

Simple, good, mini-sized, inexpensive clean boost. I do not see why anyone would buy any other boost at this point, this one sounds absolutely good (as in, doesn't seem to change the sound, only make it louder) AND is cheap. Nothing bad to say.

A must-have

Only recently have I been turned on to the world of boosters and their absolute usefulness. Interested enough, I bought the spark mini booster.

Initially, I liked it and finally understood why so many guitar players laud the booster and how it is so useful in a pedalboard. Now, 6 months later, I love it. And usually this happens the opposite way - my love for a pedal starts to decline as the novelty factor wears out. But with this unit, I've come to appreciate it even more: its transparency, its great range and one-knob versatility, its adorable size and interesting looks. It's just an all round great pedal.

One of the smartest additions I have ever made to my pedalboard, which has yet to present a single problem. Definitely recommended!

SIMPLE IS BEST!

Simple clean boost pedal for solos or if you want to beef up your tone a bit. Nice and small so it doesn't take up pedalboard real estate.

Very clean, very loud

This little beast is the best clean boost you can get for this price. It get's really loud, I use it for a solo boost at the end of my chain and at 9 o'clock it's already too loud. I've yet to try to use it to boost my overdrives and distortion, but with how loud it gets I think you'll be able to push them a lot.

The sound itself is very clean, no hissing.

Very Good

I use this to boost my gtr when i open the loop in my Marshall TSL and it does a great job, it is very transparent and fattens(?) the sound.

The knob is very sensitive and you must find a sweet spot, the only problem with the pedal is that you can easily turn the knob accidentally with your foot so you need to be carefull when you push that button

Great booster, small size

An ideal sound boosting pedal which will take little space on your board, so ideal for gigging.

good basic cleanboost

i use it after my main distortion pedal so i use it solely as a volume boost but i have tried to push an amp with it and quite happy with the results.

as a volume boost it definitely has a lot of volume. at 20db max, everyone WILL hear your guitar. at 9 o clock is enough to make your signal jump out of the mix.

as an amp pusher, i usually set the knob about noon or less because more than that the amp will start to have too much bass response.

its a good quality clean boost, no mid hump, no sharp treble jump, just a db increase, and it does it very well. just keep in mind that it is not an overdrive, it will only push the guitar signal louder to the amp.

Great little bit of kit.

Use this at the end of the chain for a small boost. Works great on bass.

Tiny little pedal so doesn't take too much precious retail on the pedal board. Looks great, solid as a rock, doesn't add any noise to the signal.

White light is very bright so easy to spot.

It takes your tone and makes it sound a bit better

Originally I bought this pedal to put at the end of my signal chain so that I could boost my volume above the band to rip solos and make sure i was heard, however I ended up just leaving it on all the time because it makes everything sound a bit better, its like that magic bit of gain that makes everything clearer and more creamy. For the price everyone should have one of these on their board
